  Had a great experience at this dealership. Would defiantly recommend. The car I purchased was buy as is but the dealership did fix a few minor issues on the car, was was wonderful.

  My husband and I recently bought a Honda Pilot from Ideal Auto Imports in Eden Prairie. We were extremely pleased with how easy the whole process was, from the time we entered the dealership until we drove our new car off the lot. We were impressed with German and Max and how easy it was to work with them. We never felt a pushiness at just wanting to make a sale, but instead a genuine interest in helping us get what we wanted. John, our sales person was friendly, helpful, very informative, and easy to work with. Thank you Ideal, we love our Pilot!

  Hello my fellow buyers. My name is Christopher. I recently purchased a Cadillac SRX from ideal. I have only bought from a dealer one other time in my life. If given a choice. I will never buy from another. The honesty and patients, of this dealership is without question.They have been more than helpful. And are a tribute to the business. A honest car dealership, is an uncommon description; to say the least. I had no trust in a car dealer. But they stacked the deck in my favor. And for this I am grateful.   Disappointing Service

  when I first walked into there building no one came to greet me, I had to go to the back to have one of the detailers Help me find someone to help. When Max did help, I was disappointed of how rude and unhelpful he was despite the positive reviews. I was interested in a vehicle but decided to apply online. Max called me for alittle more info and when I called back I had to talk to jerry to give info. I waited 3 days with no phone call back about if the status had been approved or denied. I'm disappointed the service was bad because I heard such good things. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

  Solid Vehicle Purchase from iDEAL

  In 2013 (December), I bought a 2006 BMW X5 E53 All-wheel drive from iDealAutoImports for my winter car in Michigan. I test drove several X5 E53 vehicles throughout the midwest. My last and final stop was iDeal. The SUV has been solid and handles well in the snow and on ice. While I have made some repairs (such as, torn axle boots, seals, thermostat), the car has thus far been very dependable each of 3 winters while my MINI Clubman sits in the garage. I would indeed buy another vehicle from them and highly recommend them to friends and colleagues in Michigan. The drive to visit them was worth it for me to get the vehicle that I wanted. I rate their facility at 4 out of 5 stars only because I visited their previous location before they moved to what appears to be an expansive location (which looks 5-star)!

  Working with Max and his team was very easy and a painless process. they were professional, caring, timely, and credible. i made my purchase out of state, and they were very upfront with every feature of the car and even fixed a damaged part prior to purchase. if you are looking for a luxury import - I would highly recommend iDeal

  Professional and easy to work with

  I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne from iDeal and it was a great buying experience. I had visited another dealership and was there for three hours and still did not get my questions answered. I come to iDeal, talk with German, and everything was smooth as silk. Not only was their selection amazing, but he and Max were easy going, clear and approachable. Easiest car experience I've had, and the best car I've ever purchased. Would definitely refer folks there.
