  Great Customer Service

  I came into this dealership thinking it would be like any other, being persuaded and sold on specs of the car that I know nothing about. Fortunately, I was greeted by Tyler who walked me through every part of the Tacoma I am about to purchase. He was insistent on me bringing my own personal mechanic if I wanted in order to give it a second look-over. This business is run fluently and is geared to satisfy the needs of any customer who walks through the door. A Service. I will definitely be sending any friend of mine here if they are ever in the market for a pristine vehicle.

  Terrible Experience! *Please Read*

  After reading the very positive reviews on this car dealership, It is easy to see how anyone could fool themselves with the facade Iconic Auto Exchange puts on for their customers. I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300 Srt-8 from Iconic Auto Exchange in February of 2020. The salesman "Ty" was actually very personable and easy going- a great face to this disgrace of a dealership. After our negotiation process, I settled on the final price. I made sure that the dealership included their warranty since I did not want to deal with any issues out of pocket immediately after purchase. After the salesmen finished reinforcing a peace of mind for me, I signed the papers and got ready to leave in my new vehicle. Ty made sure to leave the dealership quickly, as I was presented with an array of issues. The dealership had installed a brand new head unit in the vehicle, but unfortunately does not work with bluetooth even though the feature is available. After noticing this, I drove off the lot, and I wanted to lower all the windows- to my luck the driver side rear window would not roll down. Finally, as I came home, I popped the hood to notice a harmonic balancer pulley completely dislodged from the engine. It is a miracle that my car didn't blow up on the way home. I brought the car directly to my mechanic, where we were unpleasantly informed that the warranty provided did not cover the harmonic balancer, even though the warranty covered "engine, transmission, and drive train." After the 600 dollar bill was paid, I tried to reason with Iconic Auto Exchange- the Sales Manager told me that he would replace the window motor free of charge (a 400 dollar fix) however, after several failed attempts to contact him I have resorted to having it fixed on my own account. Please do not shop with this dealership! They are not the local "Honest small dealership" as advertised with the shallow reviews on their google page!

  I ran across Iconic when i was looking to update my vehicle. Iconic was showing the exact car I was looking for and at a great price. I contacted them immediately and they were very flexible and helpful to my needs of looking at the car and then of buying the car. Tyler made the process easy for me and Hayden and Tyler were both very personable and were able to answer all my concerns. Best ever buying experience.

  Tyler made the process extremely easy for me. I hate having to deal with car salesman but Tyler was more of a friend and made the buying process seamless. I will be a lifelong client and would highly recommend to my friends as well!

  I purchased a beautiful 2012 BMW 528i from Iconic Auto yesterday. This is a small dealer but I was impressed with the quality of their cars and the attentiveness of their staff. You can tell that the vehicles they choose are carefully selected using a high standard. The owner, Hayden Horton, was warm and helpful and best of all he was not off-putting like many car salesman types. I worked on my deal with Tyler and he was great in every way... friendly, helpful, and he listened to my needs to help me feel comfortable in the deal-making process. Overall, I will contact Iconic Auto first anytime I am in the market for a great value, high quality, used vehicle. Thanks Guys! You made the auto purchase process fun again. Five Stars!!!!!

  We found beautiful Chevy Tahoe online at this establishment. We contacted them and they were very prompt getting back to us. We set up a date and time with Hayden to come out and look at the vehicle. They had the vehicle parked outside waiting for us to view. When I pulled up and saw it, I knew it was the one. ¿ We were then introduced to Doug, who helped us get the best deal and the best rates possible. My husband is not really one to take a liking or to trust strangers, and even he said out of all the salesmen he's dealt with in the past, Doug was the most straight forward and upfront. He does not pressure you whatsoever, and he doesn't treat you like you're just a customer. He truly looks out for his customers' best interest. We traded in our vehicle and Doug gave us a fair price. Needless to say we purchased our Tahoe and have NO REGRETS!!! I already have family from CT (where I'm originally from) setting up dates to come to NC and look into purchasing something from Iconic Auto Exchange. If your looking to buy a vehicle (whether it be your 1st or your 5th car purchase) this is the place to go. This was our first...but definitely NOT our last purchase from Iconic.

  I would send my mother to buy a car from these guys. Large dealers could learn a thing or two from them. Purchased my S550 from them about 4 months ago with no back and forth bull.

  I usually do not post reviews but I recently just purchased my first car from Iconic and could not be happier! The staff was helpful and professional and I never felt pressured. They made buying my first car easier than I could have hoped for. I got the car I wanted at a great price. I would highly recommend Iconic!
