    I was looking to buy a pre-owned Nissan with low mileage and one without a high sticker price. I was so impressed with the service and the attention I received from Dennis Feathery.     BEWARE! Shady old school used car tactics used at this dealership. Sent an email yesterday to confirm they still had an Outback available which was on their website. David Blackwell, their sales person, sent me an email back right away confirming the car I wanted, then immediately called to confirm it was there and he was looking at it out the window right then. Then asked when did I want to come it to look at it? I said it would take me an hour to drive there from downtown. When I arrived and hour later, I was told that car was actually sold the day before. BUT, they would be happy to show me other higher priced Outbacks they had. They knew it was not available from the start and lied to get me on their lot so they could try to sell me a different car. Very disappointed in their shady, old school tactics of selling cars that is dishonest and a tactic that comes from the top. All I can say is BEWARE and stay on your toes if you choose to deal with these people. Bad business practice!!!

    Found this beautiful low mileage BMW online went to the dealership the same day test drove and we were hooked. Before we sign 2 things were promised to us on the “we owe you paper” 1. A second key 2. drivers seat belt needed to be fixed (safety issue). We would pay for the key when it came in and we’d bring the car back then to get the belt fixed. Ok so we thought. We called the dealership to ask about the key kept getting the run around so we went there only to find out we have to go to the BMW dealership (they were going to buy the key because it was cheaper). So we finally got an appointment for the belt got to the appointment only to find out that they won’t do it need to take to the BMW dealership. BMW dealership on both occasions were super friendly and just happy to help us even though we didn’t buy the vehicle from them. Kevin was our salesman I really think he was just promising us things the finance manager was nice to deal with. We will never buy from this dealership again and I will not recommend them. we live over 70 miles from the dealership They certainly didn’t deliver what was promised.

    Deceitful, Bad business practices, embellish warr.

    They sold me $3200 worth of warranties and embellished what they cover. When put in a claim with the mechanical warranty I was told that it expired at 100,000 miles. We purchased a car at 95,000. The veteran sales person there told me after the purchase that the company should never have sold me the warranty because of the mileage and the year of the car. I feel that they train their employees to the deceive their customers. Purchase the cosmetic warranty was demonstrated all types of things that cover and when I submitted a claim to them they told me it only covers for the PCs i purchase the cosmetic warranty was demonstrated all types of things that cover and when I submitted a claim to them they told me it only covers Bird feces, acid rain, and Tree sap. I would advise anyone looking for a new vehicle to avoid that i’m in Brothers Automotive . The finance manager that I dealt with is no longer there I wonder why?

    HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!

    VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY ! We purchased a CRAP car from this place, hadn’t even had it 24hrs and it was already messing up..so obviously we took it back...John Sensibaugh a disgrace to the company that he works for..was rude not only that he had the audacity to sit in his office talking crap about us before we even left ! We overheard him and he tried to play it off as if he wasn’t talking about us but another customer ( still wrong on so many levels) not sure what kind of business they are trying to run but it’s a pretty crappy one with employees like that...especially to a customer that risks their life everyday to be treated in such a manner. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

    Took our car in for service...mind you it was a car we purchased from them. Were told rear passenger tail light needed replaced because LEDs were blown. LEDs!!! What. Turns out they unplugged them hoping we would buy a new light from them for $300. Said they replaced a blown bulb in the other tail light for $45...nope. Bulb still blown! We were supposed to have oil changed...don't think that happened. The service department is a total scam.
