    Great accommodation for my difficult situation

    Salesman Jason Li did his best to bring me out of a tough situation with my trade-in vehicle. During our conversation, he maintained much patience and willingness to accommodate as we negotiated back and forth trying to reach the best deal. I know it wasn’t easy for him, so I’m very grateful for the favorable outcome he achieved for us. He also made sure not to rush the sale and carefully took time to explain all the important details on the contract. Overall, I was certainly pleased with Huntington Honda’s service and their desire to satisfy the customer’s needs. Special thanks to Barry Weckstein for taking me under his wing and also to John Sinclair for his extensive efforts and honest advice for my situation.

    I went in to Huntington Honda with a specific car in mind after seeing it online. Salesman Richard Delorantis met us at the door of their showroom and after a brief conversation very quickly handed over the key to the HR-V I wanted to take for a test drive. We ended up buying the car and getting our financing with our preferred lender through Huntington Honda and drove off with the car the same day. That was unexpected, and a pleasant surprise seeing as it was a Saturday. All in all, it was a surprisingly easy process. The hot chocolate and coffee we had while waiting for the paperwork to be done was appreciated as well!

    Went to go buy a 2008 Odyssey. The price on cars.com is $8998. When sat down for negotiation $2000 $695 was added to advertised price. I was told that the price advertised was after $2000 down which the doesn’t mention anywhere on cars.com. Blamed cars.com for it and told me they are not responsible for 3rd not mentioning it. Wanted to sell me 2008 honda odyssey for $11k plus which is crazy for the year. If you’re looking to buy from them just know that they will be adding $2500 on top of advertised price. Total waste of my time.

    Amazing job Huntington Honda!

    I have to say as a recent grad student who was shopping for a brand new car, I must say Huntington Honda definitely knows what they are doing. In comparison to other Honda stores like Nardy and Atlantic Honda, the overall experience was definitely worth it. A big thank you to my Salesman Raul for being so patient and honest with all my questions and to his sales manager, Nelson for being super understanding and being the cherry on top to the whole process. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone who plans to get a CRV.

    Triple D- deceitful, disgraceful, dishonest

    My husband and I went to Huntington Honda over the July 4th weekend. We worked with Barry the manager and Josh a salesperson. We agreed upon a price for a car with Barry but he had to find the car for us. We called everyday since then and were told they had to find a car but that agreed upon price was still good. Barry is now on vacation. My husband and I went to the dealership tonight hoping to finalize the deal...............but the manager there now backed out of the deal Barry made. He said "programs" changed and it isn't worth it for him to make the deal anymore. This whole experience was absolutely pathetic. They are dishonest, deceitful and completely uncaring. Take your business someplace else!!!!

    Terrible customer service

    Terrible! Terrible!! The dealership and we agreed on a price. Our credit wasn’t great but we were told that wasn’t a problem..... the night before we paid the taxes and set up a time to come in the following day. We came in and sat for over an hour. Then we sat down the financial and they told us that we weren’t going to pay that price agreed on, we were going to have to pay over 110 more a month if we wanted the car. I honestly that the dealership thought it wasn’t going to be a big deal.

    I leased a CR-V from them. They messed up on the paperwork for my lease payments. It was a nightmare trying to make a timely lease payment with the bank which required us to physically go to the bank to make the payment. Although they acknowledged that they had messed up, they took no responsibility for their incompetence. STAY AWAY! I will never use them again!

    I called ahead regarding a flat tire. Sure bring it in we will take care of it right away. So I did exactly that. Only to be told that he (KERN) could not take care of the flat tire unless they took care of the recall first. I did not have time to wait. So I was sent away. I then called Smithtown to schedule an appointment for tomorrow morning and they were able to fit me in first thing. So I inquired about the recall, they were shocked that Huntington allowed me to go back home without fixing the flat tire. They told me that the recall has nothing to do with the flat tire. So bottom line don't waste your time at Huntington. They are only three miles away from me and I refuse to ever go back there (even though that is where I purchased my vehicle) From now on I will travel 9 miles each way instead.. WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
