    Overall Rick was an honest salesman, no punches were pulled all facts on vehicle were brought forth during sale.dealership overall was very clean. Vehicle very clean and inspected. Recommend dealer to others for their car buying needs.

    I was informed this was a good car well im not sure what most people consider a good car but it is a real piece of WORK noise in motor car has been wrecked mirror held on by duct tape interior looks like pigs lived in it i was mislead and very disappointed when i drove an hour to get there to look at it. I will not recommend this car dealer to anyone.

    Found this 2013 kia sorento @cars.com. Called the dealership and spoke with Perry in sales.We made a deal on phone,hoped on plane from S.C. 2 Columbos Ohio,was met @ airport by Perry with 4 inches of fresh snow on ground.Perry drove the 30 miles 2 Lancaster buick dealership where i met Mike Perrys sales manger Mike.Perry and Mike super people,the sorento was just as described.Landed @ airport @9:00 am drove 30 mile in snow signed paper work and was headed south @ 10:30 am, was home n S.C. @8:00 pm,the wife loved the sorento.     Cliff Newsome, Emily, the sales mgr, & Dave were wonderful! After viewing the SUV earlier in the day, Cliff went out of his way to accommodate us for our pending transaction. Upon returning later the same evening, the combined team went to extra lengths to make us feel comfortable and help us get the best deal. Including staying very late. We cannot say enough about the excellent customer service we received!

    I went to Taylor just looking and they were very friendly and helped me look for my perfect car! I worked with Dave who was honest and got me the best deal he could for my 2011 Malibu I just purchased. Emily in sales also was personable and when I had a button I found didn't work on the steering wheel 2 days after I bought it they fixed it free of charge! I would highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

    Finally got the deal I wanted

    Traded our 07 Elantra here a few months a go. Needed a bigger family car so we bought a Town & Country. They did the usual your car is only worth this and out car is worth that stuff..I don't play. I give a price and take it or leave it is my policy. They didn't wanna deal , but when I had the kids put their jackets on and we headed to our car, they cracked...lol As with any dealer you have to be stubborn and not settle for their "best deal". Overall it was a good experience.

    Great Dealership Where Customer is First

    To we had a great experience would be an understatement. Long story short: They stayed well past closing to accommodate us getting stuck in holiday weekend traffic, sold us a car under the sticker price, and lower than we found anywhere else. They even kept the manager and finance manager there to help us with financing. Carmella was the BEST car saleswoman ever. She gave up her Friday night plans to help us into a great car. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer even if you live 200 miles away (which we do!)
