by Long time customer from Lancaster, Ohio | May 02, 2015I have been going to Taylor for my last 14 car purchases and most of my service but both will stop. Taylor service continues to disappoint. 50% of the time I have to bring my cars back for a second trip to fix the original problem. Either they don't have qualified mechanics or they strive to avoid work but from a customer standpoint, I just want my car fixed and returned in a reasonable time frame. That consistently does not happen at Taylor for me. The service managers are pleasant and talk a good game but results are the key to any future business. They spend way too much time making up excuses for poor mechanics. If it wasn't that I live close to Lancaster, I would of left a long time ago.

by Paul Close from Columbus, Ohio | September 11, 2013Taylor Dealerships has been in business for a good number of years and has had a good history for the most part, but there are some things that struck me as a little odd concerning their present practices'. -policy pushes to offer "hold on trades" (lowers trade appraisal) -quoted prices do not hold true (bait and switch) -manufactures do not give prestige to this dealership (lemons and overstock) -staff poor to mediocrity (insufficient system and product knowledge)

The people here are great! We worked with Mike & Emily. They were awesome! Very friendly & were able to work with us. We were there for most of the day, and can honestly say, there wasn't a dull moment. Mike was entertaining and went out of his way to make sure I was driving away with the perfect vehicle. I could really tell that they wanted everything to work out for me and they did everything they could to make sure that it DID happen. They got me a great deal and I left really happy. Since this was my first time, I was very nervous and was emotional but they worked through it and made sure that I was okay. I will definitely go back for my next car and will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. If you go ask for Chase Miller or Mike M. These are two of the most helpful people I have ever met!
