by 2010 BE Rotten junk junk junk from Lancaster ohio | April 25, 2019On the 5 of April i got a 2010 vw Routan. On the 12 of april it would not sjift. Ryan Dixon told me over and over their was a warranty. He lied. I gave them 1000 cash plus my 2004 kia. I have bladder cancer and no way to my Dr apt. They will not make it rigjt. I have them on tape telling lies. Matt C and Ryan Dixon. Don't trust them .

I ASKED TO TEST DRIVE A CAR BECAUSE I WAS CURIOUS ABOUT HOW IT FELT TO TEST DRIVE BUT TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO SHOP AROUND WITH MY UNCLE BECAUSE HE WAS A MANAGER AT ANOTHER LOCATION FAR AWAY. HE TOLD ME I COULDNT TEST DRIVE THE CAR BECAUSE I WASNT GOING TO BUY THEIR CAR. LIKE I SAID PREVIOUSLY I WAS GOING TO CONTINUE TO SHOP WITH MY UNCLE BUT DUE TO DISTANCE I WANTED TO TEST DRIVE IT AT THIS LOCATION AND MAKE A DECISION. HOW RUDE!

Three weeks later it breaks down again and they tell me they will have to charge me to fix it? ABSOLUTLEY NOT!!!!! Needless to say, I will not be back, they have lost all of my respect.

They were completely honest with me about what my payments would be giving me a ball park number that was only off by a few dollars even before checking my credit. Getting approved was extremely easy. I am extremely impressed with their service and friendliness. I will definitely be going back any time I purchase a new vehicle.
