    Very unprofessional
by Dan from North Bergen, Nj | July 17, 2020

Wanda gave My elderly mother a price on a Fit. I went with her to lease the car. Told no more Fits but getting one from Paramus Honda. She selected a color. 45 minutes later Manny said they decided not to send car. We were told by Paramus that they never called to ask for the car. Manny immediately began to sell us the car she didn’t want. As he listed the upfront charges I notices several new charges amounting to $2,000. when I asked why they were not listed for other vehicle. He casually said she forgot them and kept going. He didn’t even apologize or care. As a regional Sales manager for a fortune 100 company, I think at least an apology but Manny wanted to sell us the other vehicle. We got up and left. This place has no competition and is run like a boiler room. Get your House in order Joe Lynch GM. Did you even bother to call my mother back. NO

    Watch your Back
by Neil from Jersey City, NJ | June 26, 2020

I bought my car last Friday and it was one of the more challenging experiences I've had at a dealership. I settled on a deal for a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Civic and was told to wait for service to fix an air conditioning issue that they hadn't gotten to yet. I thought it was strange that a Certified Pre-Owned car would have this issue but I waited for 7 hours for the car to be fixed. I also noticed a ton of paint imperfections on the car that I wanted fixed and after asking the dealer multiple times, they only agreed to provide touch up paint for me to do it myself. I didn't love this option but it wasn't a big deal. What I had missed until I arrived home is that each rim was badly damaged (total damage of ~$1000, $250 per wheel). When I went to the dealership to speak to them about this damage, each person said it wasn't their responsibility anymore because I bought the car. I get it. I purchased the car and missed the damage and it's my responsibility now. But I wanted to find a dealership I could trust to purchase a car and come back for service. Instead, I found a dealership where I would have to watch my back and audit every thing they do.

    Waste of time
by JL from NY | November 26, 2019

I called this dealership several times regarding a vehicle price posted on cars.com. and was told YES, that’s the price and that I COULD TEST DRIVE THE CAR. I drove from Queens, NY with financing in hand. Only for the salesman to go back and forth and quote a price that was $20,000 more than advertised and also the car COULD NOT BE TAKEN FOR A TEST DRIVE. There’s nothing worse than a dishonest car salesman. Enjoy the car guys- it will be sitting in the show room for a long time. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Buyer beware. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my enemies.

    Deceptive advertising
    by David from Wayne,nj | September 29, 2019

The price advertised is not what you get when you go into the dealer. They ask for more money if you want certified (even though the advertised price says the car is certified). And if you don’t want certified, well that will add another $1500 to the advertised price.

    Thank you
by Cairo Lopez from West New York, NJ | March 11, 2019

I had an amazing experience at Hudson Honda. Cairo Lopez was knowledgeable and experience. He understood my needs and demands. I would recommend Cairo Lopez at Hudson Honda to friends and family. I decided to go to Hudson Honda because I had a bad experienced at a Toyota dealer in Hudson County where I felt rob and xxxx at the end of the deal. Three days into my deal, I’m still happy and satisfied with my deal. Thank you Cairo Lopez and Hudson Honda

    LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, LIERS
by JerseyLatina from Union City, NJ | October 23, 2018

Wish I could rate Micheal Albrizio a BIG 0! He shouldn’t be working with the public. He’s rude, scammer and lier. My husband went in for service on 10/20/18 on our Honda Pilot 2018 which was purchased 6/2018. After a month he notice that the right rear reserved light was loosened. So around August he went in for an oil changed. So he decided to talk to the service guys that attended him “Chris Gomez about the problem with light. So Chris Gomez had told him that other customer had the same problem with the reserved light being loose. So my husband ask if he had to pay to be repaired. So Chris Gomez told he no that it was covered by the warranty. So Chris schedulee an appointment. So Sat. 10/20/18 after my husband took the Pilot at 7:25am, leaves the car and Chris Gomez stated he could go back to the dealer between 12:30pm to 1:00pm and pick up the car. So when my husband gets there they told him that the part that they had ordered (rear bumper) was already given to another customer, but they’ll go and pick another (rear bumper) at a different location. So Chris told him if he could wait another 45 minutes. And of course my husband waited and waited.....After waiting 9 long EXHAUSTING hours Micheal Albrizio tells my husband that the reserved right light was loose because he had hit it. So my husband told him to show him the proof. To find any scratches or dents that it was hit. He extremely rude, lack of professionalism, poor Management. Even Chris Gomez looked shocked at his useless called “BOSS” attitude against my husband. It was very upsetting and aggravating. Been a royal customer for Honda for 9 years. Service department is sucks! Never again! Be on the lookout.

Horrible and rude service dept. Liars never again!
by Michele from Woodbridge, NJ | July 11, 2018

Lied to me about smart rewards. Salesman said lifetime oil changes; then service Manager Michael said contract changed since I signed that and they revise changes to contract whenever they like, thats what I signed. Basically lied about the oil changes as incentive to buy car then changed the policy. Manager lacked poor customer service skills. Did not care how I the customer felt after spending money on this car!Just want to sell a car. Liars! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Shame on you, scammers!
