    I was looking for a new vehicle at the start of the Pandemic. I was amazed at the precautions taken to ensure the safety of me. This attention to detail extended to shopping process. Both Jeremy and Jack were extremely helpful in showing me the vehicles fitting my wants. Not only were they professional and enthusiastic, they made a normally stressful process smooth and easy.     Bought a used Nissan 4 months ago to find out it needs $2400 in repairs. The repairing Nissan Dealer told me Hubler would have known of the issue!!

    Do not ever close any deal on a used vehicle with them till your own independent mechanic reviews and investigates all records, all information and spends time inspecting everything about the vehicle. They are a big dealership but still a mom and pop franchise. THEY ARE NOT THE MANUFACTURER. DONT JUST SUCK UP ON WHAT THEY TELL YOU. I made a $25 Thousand purchase without my mechanic. Under one year and the tires are gone. Brakes gone. After my first oil change the vehicle drives better than it did when I test drove and when I took delivery. They did not even bother to do an oil/ filter change before they put it back out for sale. Consult all the public used car pricing references and never just accept the used car price they give you. They cut corners and you'll get shafted unless you look out for yourself.

    I SENT AN EMAIL AND INSTANT MESSAGED THE DEALERSHIP THE NIGHT PRIOR TO DRIVING 60 MILES TO SEE THIS VEHICLE. THE SALESMAN EVEN WENT AS FAR TO "PUT HIS HAND ON IT" JUST TO MAKE SURE IT WAS THERE. I ALSO CALLED WHEN I WAS 30 MINUTES AWAY JUST TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR. UPON ARRIVAL THE DEALERSHIP "HAD NO IDEA I WAS COMING" AND DIDNT HAVE THE CAR. THE SALESMAN SAID "IT MUST HAVE SOLD LAST NIGHT, BUT I HAVE OTHER (MORE EXPENSIVE OF COURSE) VEHICLES AVAILABLE:. I EVEN HAD THE YOUNG LADY'S NAME THAT I SPOKE WITH THAT SAME DAY! LYING JUST TO GET PEOPLE IN THE DOOR IS DISPICABLE AND A DEPLORABLE TACTIC FOR CAR SALES. I WILL NEVER GO TO HUBLER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!

    I decided to test drive a Titan at Hubler. The salesman Andrew was great. He did not pressure me into doing anything that night. A few days went by and I decided I wanted a Titan. There was one in particular in Ohio. Andrew said he would match their deal. I thought it was great so I went into the dealership to have them look at my car and start doing paperwork and what do you know, they won't give me what they quoted over the phone for my trade or for the truck. All the sudden, rebates are gone and the payment went from $435 to $620 a month. Obviously, I was not going to take that deal. I called up Andy Mohr in Avon and, long story short, got a more loaded Titan with everything I could possible want for $425 a month and no money down. Today I texted Andrew and said I am starting to look at cars for my daughter. I was interested in test driving an Altima and getting the $50 Amazon gift card. His reply shocked me! He said to go to Andy Mohr and they will help me. I replied that my wife also really loves the truck and is considering getting an Armada in the spring. He does not want my business. How can he fault me for taking a deal that is $200 less per month for a better vehicle? I was wanting to go back to him because he seemed so nice but now Hubler has lost my business

    Terrible Experience

    Dishonest Company. Sold me a used car. Ride was rough on the test drive. Told me the struts were bad. I said ok I can replace that. I replaced them did not fix the problem. The rear passenger suspension was not attached to the frame. I understand the car was as is. Took the car back to see if they could work with me. I wanted to trade back buy something else etc. The answer from HUBLER we can give u $500 trade in.

    Poor product and service

    Transmission had a lot of issues. Was rebuilt then replaced. Car was a lemon and renault nissan does not stand by their shady products. Have asked dealer to stop calling yet they wont take no for an answer on another lemon.
