    Do not buy a car from this dealership!! Boy were we hussled! We paid cash for an older used vehicle that they said had not been wrecked, Gave us a “disclosure” sheet that indicated there was seepage leak in the transmission, AFTER working our deal. When we began to back out saying we werent interested in purchasing a car with transmission leak or seepage, the service manager came to us assured us there was no leak and seepage, didnt know why it had even been marked. They even put the vehicle up on the lift rack to show us from underneath, “no transmission leaks”. Our salesman, the sales and service manager and a mechanic stood there telling us there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. Bragging on how honest they are to even have a disclouser sheet. Stating they had inspected it, changed oil, put new wheels and tires on it” Carfax report stated no accidents. We drive it home 1.5 hrs away and noticed the front bumper seemed to have shifted and didnt meet up in the corners and the hood seemed to have dropped down below the bumper edge. We were able to get the car in today to our local body shop for it to be looked at and find out this car has been wrecked, so wrecked that they will have to take the entire front end off the car and remove a rigged up non manufacurer placed engine cover that had been screwed into the body of the car with wood screws to even see what the full damage is. The honeycomb plastic part behind the front grill is broken and gone. And the hood of the car had totally dropped and out of alignment w bumper and front quarter panels. It will cost us major bucks to even see what the engine looks like. We were flat out lied to and hustled out of 9k on this car. I never thought that a large well named dealership would hustle 2 senior citizens like this. They are the worse of the worst and the most dishonest sales and service team I have ever dealt with in my 60 yrs. We now have a vehicle that cant even get an oil change without tearing apart the front end and removing an rigged up engine cover. We dont even have the money to pay to get it torn up to look at what the full damage is.

    I have bought three cars from hubler chevrolet still driving my last from about five years ago. Went in With a cash buy for a car they just put on line. They Brought it out and it was not cleaned on inside but no Big deal I figured I would do that anyway. The salesman Was new but very friendly and seemed knowledgeable And efficient. I took car for a drive and was happy with the way it drived. I had to ask salesman how to take down the top as I had no idea. He showed me how it worked. I did decide to buy the car. The car was as is Which I understood when buying . I buy from Hubler because I expect honesty to the best of their knowledge when I buy from them. I get home and go to put up the top and it does not work. Had to help it up. The next day it goes down then does not go up at all. I have a very hard time believing if they did any kind of inspection like I expect from a dealership like hubler when putting a used car for sale I believe they would of known this. I would not of offered the price I did had I known about the top motor but still may of bought the car if I had known. ,I would of appreciated the Honesty of the dealership letting me know about this as it will be a very costly fix. The reason I have bought from them in the past is I have received good quality vehicles with no problems when purchased. The last car I bought at a lesser price I also got free oil changes and car washes with this car at a higher purchase price a costly problem not told to me and nothing else . I guess times are changing and it is just a sign of the times. I also love the napa service center at Hubler where I take my vehicles to be worked on as they are always doinging good quality work on my cars at a great price. Kevin Apple is the best if the best getting my vehicles in and out and getting things done right. Having a good quality service center is very important. Just very disappointed with the motor on the top not being told upfront as I think it was know about. Really makes me think the dealership is changing and not in a good way. Honesty is always the best practice .

    Contacted the dealership about a vehicle. I ask questions about the vehicle and the sales person did not have any answers. They said that they would call me back in 15 to 20 minutes. I Never heard back from them so 2 hrs goes by and I call the dealer again , I got another sales person, I ask the same questions again , he had no answers for me and said he would find out and call me back in 15 to 20 minutes. Well that was 14 hrs ago and still no call back . I think I see a pattern . They don't wont to sale anything. Very poor customer care.

    Originally contacted Hubler about a specific truck I wanted to look at. I live an hour away and asked the saleswoman to let me know if the truck sold before I could find time off work to make the trip. I scheduled my appointment and arrived at the dealership to learn that the truck had been sold TWO days before my appointment. They tried to show me other used trucks they thought I'd be interested in looking at, but it was clear they were more interested in selling me something than customer service. Left disappointed. New sales guy (Zach) was great and was clearly doing what he had been taught, but it is frustrating to waste 2 hours of my time when a simple phone call in advance would have gone a long way to keep me as a potential customer.

    Dragon Stankovic is an amazing sales rep. He went above and beyond to keep us happy and willing to come back. Yes it was a long process but with the polite and energetic assistance of Dragan Stankovic it was all well worth it. I would recommend Dragan to anyone and everyone a million times over. With that being said I just want to thank you so much for all your effort and hard work. It really paid off. I'm beyond pleased to have this car. I love it!

    Came to see a used car and was told that it was ready for us to drive. Salesman couldn't find it. Showed us the wrong car after taking us on a 20 minute drive to a different location. Bought the car we came to see. The battery died the next day.

    Terrible customer service

    I was shopping online for a car. The car listed had no pictures with it I sent an email asking for pictures and the sales person named Connie VanWagoner Called my house several times and left several emails but never sent any pictures. I sent her another email asking her to send pictures she did not respond. So I sent another email asking why she wouldn’t send me pictures and she said she was waiting for me to talk to her before she would send me pictures. I’m not sure why I need to talk to her to get pictures of a vehicle to decide whether it’s something I’m interested in buying or not.
