  Working with Huber’s was incredibly easy, and well worth the 5-hour drive. They went above and beyond and more than you’d ever expect from a used car dealer to make the Q7 we’d been looking for absolutely perfect and in tip-top condition. Eric was incredible, making sure everything on the vehicle was just right and that all the paperwork was ready to go when we got there to pick it up. We look forward to working with him/them again when the time comes to buy another car.

  Ryan was great I had an issue with my credit and I needed time to work it out Ryan and his team held the car for me for over a month. Tell me what other car dealer ship would do that? I had a truly awesome experience and would recommend them highly.

  From the 1st phone call to signing the paperwork and finally picking up the pre-owned certified Audi, I was extremely comfortable with the entire experience and transaction. No games or manipulation with 2 way respect and candidness. Ended up with GREAT value and will navigate this pathway again for my next vehicle for my wife or myself. Highly recommend to take the trip to Ephrata.

  Excellent Service and No Pressure

  This was the best used car buying experience I've ever had. Eric Reedy and the rest of the Hubers staff were extremely accommodating with very little pressure. They showed me what I wanted to see without pressuring me to look at cars I wasn't interested in. My vehicle had a very small problem and they fixed it immediately. They gave me a free loaner for three days even though I was over an hour away. Hubers combines the professionalism and customer service of a large dealership and the personal touch of a smaller, local business. They have earned my total trust!

  Wonderful Experience!!!!

  A little over a week ago my husband hit a deer, our car was deemed totaled by our insurance company, and we were in need of a gently used car that would last us a long time. Upon arriving at Huber´s Auto Group in Ephrata, we were cordially greeted and asked if we needed any assistance. At once we noticed that it was a no-pressure environment and were able to ask questions and view the several vehicles that we had researched on the website. Once we decided on the best car for us, we were taken into the sales offices and treated with respect and honesty. Mr. Eric Huber helped us to decide on which car would benefit our needs the best, answered our questions about extended warranty, and gave us several financing options. We decided on a BEAUTIFUL gently used 2012 VW Jetta with VERY low mileage. Upon final purchase of our vehicle, Eric explained the wonderful servicing options that Huber´s Auto Group offers their customers so that your car can be maintained for ultimate longevity. Overall, it was one of the MOST PLEASANT experiences my husband and I had while purchasing a gently used vehicle. Thank you Huber´s Auto Group, we will definitely be returning as our need arises!!!!

  Very Good Experience

  First, I'd rather not shop for a vehicle. That said, I was in the market for a pre-owned Prius and had looked at 2 others. I found one at Hubers which sounded like a possibility. Upon test driving it I bought it as it was nicer than the other 2, a year newer, less mileage, and slightly lower price. While I'm not thrilled that Huber sets a non-negotiable price, it was offered for less than BB value. And with Hubers better warranty, I felt that I got a good buy. The salesman was personable and didn't make any effort to hard sell me. All in all, I would return to them for future purchases.

  I've been a regular customer for my 2000 Passat for the past 3 years or so, and have always gotten exceptional service, as well as being the recipient of the wisdom and knowledge of their service department in keeping the car operating well. It is really due to their fine service department that I chose to make Huber's Auto Group the place where I would buy my next car. I knew what I wanted based on internet searches, as well as the feedback I'd gathered - again from the service department - and when one came up for sale on their lot, I simply came to buy, and Eric Reedy, Sales Mgr, took the time to show me many of the upgrades, also inviting me to contact him after the sale if I had additional questions. Very professional and informed.

  Highly recommended, easy to work with

  Huber's are roughly an hour west of where I live near Philly and after I'd been looking on the web for my ideal Mazda Miata for several months, they popped up with a perfect recent example on cars.com. I stopped by and after they copied my license I had a zero pressure "take it out yourself for a test drive" experience which was cool. After following up with them a few days later, they quickly arranged competitive financing and I was in the car the same day I stopped back there. Due to some calls with Eric the day before and filling out their online credit app I was literally in and out within an hour during a lunch hour which was awesome versus some car buying experiences I've had. They are currently offering free inspections and despite the distance, the ease of working with Huber's during my purchase would make me happy to go back there anytime. I highly recommend this business.
