Called that morning spoke to Jonathan, went there and bought the exact vehicle I wanted, so much more than I expected! Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helped me tremendously.     Bought a 2015 gmc denali and torque converter had a recall and they wouldnt acknowledge that there was a recall therefore didnt fix it. Took it to waipahu gmc and it was in there facility for 45 days but itleast they acknowledged the recall. Leased a 2015 srx and when I turned it in they threw the book at me for wear and tear. Next mistake was leasing a 2018 xt5 and the a.c. went out and to this day hasn't been fixed after being in their service department 3 different times. Last but not least we need a new lease and they say there is no inventory for us to get a 2020 or 21 and are leaving us high and dry with no car. Why do dealerships suck so much???

    Awful Experience and False Advertising

    I left the same review on another page however I want to make sure people know what they are walking into so I am also leaving it on this site. Will never go back, the business practices are apparently to use false advertising to get you onto the lot. I went onto Kelley Blue Book to look up the trade in value of my car and they called me saying they were interested in buying my car at full KBB cash value. Before going in I called back and asked if they were actually going to pay the full value or if it would be a situation in which I had to fight for the price. I was assured that they would just double check that everything I entered was accurate and I would get full value. Obviously I knew they would attempt to make it into a trade-in scenario however I said that I was not looking to buy on the spot because I want to do research before purchasing a new car, especially amidst a pandemic with income being unreliable. The response I received from the salesman was that if I did not do a trade in on the spot they wouldn't even be interested in buying my car for half of what its worth on KBB. Not to mention neither the salesman nor a service member looked at my car to verify the value.

    They dont know what they are doing but will pretend and steer you down a costly path. Do your research, or better yet stay clear- the car buying process was terrible, the car service check in process was clueless, and the overall bang for your hard earned money is a ripoff. The kindness is what makes you believe in them... RUN

    Rob is an excellent customer service Rep. He knows what exactly the customer needs and he makes me feel coming back to GMC/Buick. 10 stars out of Ten job performance. Yes, would recommend this dealership to a friend. The quality of job makes me feel safe everytime Im driving my GMC Acadia. Although I live now in Ewa, I'll keep coming back to GMC Nimitz. It is worth the drive.

    I called for AC problem. Both the car brand new Acadia in 2015. Warranty expired July 2018 and I was told that the alternator is been leaking for a while. I was surprised because since I bought the car. GMC is the only one servicing it. I bring my car Wednesday. And they didn't start working until Friday afternoon. It was completed after y days but during the time my car is in their shop, I follow up and call and they screen my call because they have a caller ID. If they dont want to answer it. No choice to leave messages but even the front desk ahead dont answer my call just tra after it direct without answering it. They forget to put the engine cup cover back and I found it on top of the engine. The worst thing is they did not clean the car it it was promised. My car was a total mess. Lots of foot f prints and fingerprints all over si de they sont put a paper mat and plastic cover in steering wheel. I was so disappointed.
