    Things really started off with a rough patch. I inquired about a 2012 Honda Civic online and didn't get a prompt response. So after two days, I called and John Bradley was the salesman that I happened to get. I am overly glad I did! John was very friendly, prompt, and he did everything he can to help me with the purchase of the vehicle. I came at 7:30 PM on Friday and was able to leave with the vehicle the same day. John waited for me and worked with me until 9:45 PM even though his work hour ended at 8 PM. Sorry about that John. Overall, I would recommend Fayetteville of Honda...esp John. Very pleased with overall purchasing experience and friendly service.

    I have been there before and was not very pleased. I just bought a Civic from Jessy and he was just a breath of fresh air. Made my experience very easy, and you can tell he was really trying to be there for me not his wallet.     I went in to Honda of Fayetteville with all intentions of walking straight out....'just browsing'. I was greeted by a Matt Dillard who was very cheerful and his product knowledge was top notch! i ended up purchasing from him and was immediately followed up with a Thank you cal, and Thank you card in the mail!     Very poor customer care

    I purchased a used Honda CR-v last month and I still have not seen a bit of the paperwork with which to license the vehicle. I have made several calls to the dealership and to the salesman in question and have gotten NO help whatsoever. There is no reason in this electronic world that the bill of sale and the title application should take over a week to arrive and for me it has been over three weeks. The salesman Travis T tries to pass off the problem as being at the "central office" but has not offered to fix the problem or to even investigate it. Also, I know the cars are sold "as is" but it was advertised as having "keyless entry" but the doors cannot be locked or unlocked using the transmitter. I believe that would serve to evidence "false advertising". Overall, I feel the dealership has no interest in serving the customer, just themselves, and no concept of common courtesy. But then, who ever accused a used car salesman of courtesy.
