    I recently purchased a Honda CR-V as our first car here in the US. James Pierce, my dealer, was very knowledgeable and professional during our transaction.     Honda of Fayetteville: Ozzy Sayavong is Great!

    From the 1st test drive, Ozzy was so helpful. I shopped over a period of 3 weeks to compare offers on my trade and negotiate the new car. Ozzy stayed in touch and answered all my questions quickly but gave me space to figure it out. I was never pressured. Happy to say that I was able to finalize a deal and have never had a better buying experience than with Ozzy Sayavong.

    My 2007 Honda CRV had some issues, so I decided to trade it in on a 2019. Tara was wonderful, showing me the new models and used models. She was very patient and explained all the devices on the new models and even helped me move my belongings from the old car to the new. The service at Honda of Fayetteville is always good.

    I have bought my last four vehicles from Honda at Fayetteville Autopark and everyone there is great to deal with. I would highly recommend seeing them when you are in the market for a new car. They have always gone out of their way for me. I will keep buying Honda and keep going to Fayetteville Autopark. I enjoy good old customer service and friendly sales people.

    Galberto Monroy was and is our sales rep. He helped us decide on color, interior, and equipment. There was not one available on the lot but 2 days later our new Ridgeline was in. Galberto is very knowledgeable on the Ridgeline and walked us through the operation and key points of the “tech stuff” equipment. Sales process was smooth. Highly recommend Galberto and Honda of Fayetteville.
