    The Lexus dealership always makes it quite comfortable for my husband and myself while we’re waiting for quality repairs to our Lexus which we purchased “new” from them. If it’s a long waiting time for a repair they’ll provide us with a nice clean Lexus loaner vehicle.

    The service was great! My loaner was ready when I arrived and process was quick. When my vehicle was inspected I was told what was needed and what I wanted to have them work on... no pressure.

    Went to test drive a used vehicle at Hoffman Lexus. Have been a Hoffman Auto Group customer for over 20 years. Hoffman Lexus was unwilling to negotiate the price of the used car at all despite imperfections with the vehicle. One would expect that loyalty to a business for over twenty years would be reciprocated with at least a small discount. Thoroughly disappointed at the unwillingness to offer any appreciation for my business over all these years.

    Was very unhappy with the way our vehicle was treated. The service was an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanics are slobs and did not respect the cleanliness of our vehicle. We will not be back.
