    From the time I drove in to drop off vehicle for the 90,000 service to when I picked it up, Hoffman delivered world class service. Very friendly and knowledgeable Service Consultants to a very complete and top quality repair work performed. Very friendly service and can not imagine how they could be any better.

    A nice place to wait

    I bought my last Lexus at another dealership which offered all the amenities Lexus dealerships are famous for: luxury coffees, danish and other pastries, and several rooms furnished with comfortable leather chairs, in which to wait. However, from four years of servicing my car there, I also found them to be phony and overpriced. This was a major factor in my choice of Hoffman for my new car. I have found it to be friendly and unpretentious, the prices to be fair, and the personnel to be both honest and genuinely friendly. I WILL buy from them again!

    Mike Harris was very helpful is making certain I purchased the correct part. And Ed Kennedy assisted in making certain my repair was done timely and with a complete explaination of the work performed. Also Derek the tech discussed my problem with me to insure he had a complete understanding of what needed to be done and was able to fix my problem promptly. Thanks for such good service.

    Number one reason that I choose not to purchase another Cadillac or Lincoln SUV but instead purchase a Lexus RX350 was because of the excellent service that it provides for owners of Lexus vehicles, new, used or pre-certified... I must omit that I was somewhat jealous each and everytime when my wife's 2002 Lexus ES300 was brought in for servicing.. compared to when I had my 2003 Cadillac DHS serviced...Hands down the best service I've ever seen..Thanks for the EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL service...
