  Helpful. Pleasant. They went out of their way to take care of a nagging problem with the inefficient headlights. Regular ones, not the high beams which are excellent on my A3 convertible.

  They’re not willing to negotiate price on pre-owned 2019 Audi vehicles. There are Audi dealerships with better pricing and customer service. Don’t waste your valuable time here.

  My car had a recall and they were great. Told me was 1.5 hours and I let them know I had a flight to catch so just try to be fast. They had me out in less than an hour and even did a car wash and vacuum. I will go back

  Nice sales people- not high pressure, just gave me a lot of good information and left me to make my own decision. They answered all my questions and even offered to let me have the car overnight if I needed it to make my decision. I ended up with the Q8 and love it!
