  2002 Audi A6 Wagon Repair

  I had an issue with the electrical in the vehicle; fuse #14 would continuously blow, sometimes in a minute sometimes in a few days. When I described the problem to Mark Stepanaitis in Audi service, because of his previous experience, he had a pretty good idea where the electrical problem was--in the driver's side seat under the leather covering. Indeed that's where the problem was! This quick diagnosis allowed a timely repair. Other issues in the car were also addressed courteously and professionally. I have confidence in Mark and was treated in a friendly and efficient way. Thank you!!
