2016 Ford Taurus, Magnetic, Purchased 15 Jan 2018
Salesman, Rick Turner, did an outstanding job in helping me purchase a replacement Ford Taurus for the one that was totaled in a car accident a week earlier. Rick performed his duties, as is normal for him, in an outstanding and professional manner. He is very polite and listens to the needs of the customer. Mr. Whitney, the warranty / financial officer, performed his duties in a polite and very professional manner. He explained the coverage for the new vehicle in a clear and concise manner - easy to understand and comprehend. These are two very good employees of the Hixson Auto dealership in Leesville, Vernon Parish, Louisiana. All new customers should be so fortunate to have these personnel assist them in their new car purchase. I have bought 6 cars from this dealership over the last 7 or so years and will continue to do so in the future. Their service shop personnel are top notice employees, too, who also perform their duties in a professional and caring manner.

Poor Customer Relations
Every time I call the Service Dept. I get another "white lie" of when my car will be ready. They've had my car for 4 days now, and all I needed to have done is a simple small hose replaced, but, I am being told something different each time I call. "Another car needed a motor, another car needed a Tune Up, another car needed, WHATEVER, and yet it should have been "MY TURN" several day's ago. Horrible Customer Service........... This is NOT a Business I would recommend.

My salesman was Justin Brown. I had a very nice experience with him. He took time with me and i drove seberal vehickes until i made my selection. This is the sec ond vehicle we have purchased at Hixson and from Justin.
Ford Raptor 2018
In twenty years I have never bought a vehicle from the Ford dealership in Leesville though I have always given them first crack at it. They never been able to even come close to other dealerships in price. So even though I tried to shop local it never happened. This time to my amazement it did. They know me and said this time I was going to buy a car and they were going to sell it to me and the management was new. They offered a fair deal and I took it. For twenty years that?s all I ever wanted and they finally delivered. So I took home my Ford Raptor 2018. The new management gets it and that?s great. Good job Hixson Ford

I had an awesome experience. I was not rushed, I was able to test drive multiple cars, and my salesperson was super friendly and kind. I would definitely buy from them again.
