    This has been my first time leaving a one-star review and then changing it to a five-star review. My husband and I had a very initially poor experience with Hiley Subaru… it was bad enough that I wrote a detailed review about our grievances online. Mr. Hiley reached out to us himself after reading my review, and after looking over our case information and documentation, he and his executive team went above and beyond to right the wrong and give us a stellar experience. I am so pleased to have an opportunity to write a new review and share that Hiley Subaru ended up honoring their initial agreement with us, giving us excellent customer service, and proving to us how much they value integrity in their business endeavors. We had a very positive experience with Mr. Hiley himself, as well as with members of his executive team including Eric and Ross. Nick, the branch manager, ended up taking excellent care of us and going above and beyond to improve our experience. We also had great experiences at the dealership with Tim and Sergio. I’m happy to recommend Hiley Subaru, as I now have first hand experience that they are willing to own up to mistakes when necessary, make things right, and ultimately provide a well rounded and highly positive experience.

    If you're military, don't buy from Hiley Subaru

    I have never written a review like this before, but I had such a truly horrific experience with a handful of sales associates and sales managers at Hiley Subaru in Fort Worth, TX that I decided to share. One month ago, my husband and I finalized an agreement with Azrael, a Hiley Subaru associate, for a 2020 Subaru Forester. They told us they could not accept a deposit when we received the signed agreement due to the fact that there was a chip in the windshield that had to be repaired. Over the course of the following month, we kept records including notes and text messages from our conversations with Azrael, Patrick, and Bryan (the sales manager) who all told us that the car was ours, and that they were still waiting on the windshield repair. After a full month, Bryan finally admitted when directly questioned that they had sold the vehicle to someone else without telling us, and lied about it for the rest of the month. We assume that because we were receiving a military discount and had secured a good deal on the vehicle, they decided to sell it to someone else who was not eligible for the discount. I have spoken with several sales associates since finding out that the vehicle was sold without anyone helping us. They refuse to honor the deal we have signed and in writing, and they have started hanging up on us and refusing our calls. The management won’t respond to any calls from us or answer our voicemails. They have consistently shown a lack of honor and basic respect as an organization. At this point, it isn't about the money or the car itself, it's about their lack of integrity. This was going to be our first time buying a Subaru of America, Inc. vehicle. The experience has been so frustrating and demeaning that I am reconsidering my interest in the brand itself. I strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere (especially if you are an active-duty military family or a veteran), and hope that you’re able to avoid the frustration and disappointment my family has experienced.

    I was interested in information on new cars, specifically Subaru's. Even though I wasn't ready to buy yet, Ron Yon took the time to work with me. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward in answering my questions. I'm grateful that he took the time to work with me even though he knew I wasn't going to buy a new car immediately.     Got me out of my KIA!!

    Was told I couldn’t trade in my vehicle at multiple dealerships as I was taken advantage of when I bought it. I wasn’t really interested in trying again until Antonio O called and had me come in for a quick appraisal. Between the trade in value offered and the available financing I’m finally out of my old Soul and in a brand new Forester! Thanks Nick and Antonio!

    Quick and easy

    Was looking for a used crosstrek and found one at Hiley but then found out that CarPlay is only on the newer models so Antonio O helped me find a new one and worked it into my monthly budget. Couldn't have worked out any better! Was introduced with a friendly service staff and can't wait to go in for my free maintenance visits

    My wife and I were in the market for a new 2020 Forester. We reached out to a couple of Subaru dealerships and had a hard time finding some available. We called Josue at Hiley and let us know they had some on the way in. We told him what we were looking for and he found one that met all of our needs. He walked us through the process, updated us on the status of our vehicle, and when it came time to pick it up he had it all ready to go for us. That is customer service right there! Go see Josue
