    Sold me a used car with an oil leak.

    I had bought a used Hyundai with about 98000 miles. At first glance, car seemed fine. Once I made a purchased, the car had issues with the trunk- which, I had fully expected, as I had researched before I bought it, as these models had a flawed trunk latch design and needed to be replaced. With a good price, and clean upkept, I felt good about it. But later when I brought it into another mechanic to access the trunk (which I was locked out of as expected and I didn't have all the tools I needed to rip out the back seat to access the trunk), I found out that the car also had "half-worked-on-engine-oil-leak-issue". When these guys told me that the car was in "good condition" they were not being truthful. They sold a car with major oil leak to me. Highly not recommend this place. Very disappointed.

    Bad customer treatment

    I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and called over the phone i was referred to a sales manager named Jeremy i asked questions and understand i must go in to get all info. Now when i did ask a few things he tone was rude and condescending. When my wife spoke to him as well he was the same and made it seem like our business was not really needed. He told her if you would like to buy here fine if not its fine as well. Still debating if i should purchase since if they treat you like this before a purchase how will they treat you after..

    The staff here at Hiley Mazda of Hurst is really helpful. Rich Longworth the sales manager who worked with us and helped us finalize our car is a real gem and treats hiss customer both personally and professionally. A real soft spoken person. Service department is courteous. I highly recommend this dealeship.

    "This review will be updated by attorneys. My experience with this dealership is unacceptable. I am a female teacher, U.S. citizen of foreign origin, college-level educator, published writer/translator and art tutor. As a language services provider, I interact only with honest parents and clients and knew 0 about U.S. dealership dangers. At Hiley Hurst I inquired about my car's trade-in value in order to purchase a new car as I do every couple of years -- had the funds and credit for it -- and I spoke with other dealerships over months. But after the 1 visit to Hiley, I belatedly learned that my used (2015 Miata) balance 18,822 car was bought by Hiley who now appears as the "prior owner" of my car and then somehow instantaneously resold to me at roughly $32,000. I have a heart illness and the shock of this finding months later was unspeakably harsh. Hiley claims I wanted this "refinance" by their finance director, but Hiley's attorneys do not allow me to provide more details here. My position, with extensive documentation, is that I never sought nor approved to buy my own used car with its minor issues because I had enough to buy 1 new car, even 2 new cars, and my habits were always to buy new cars before the warranty expiration. My position is that, with a master's degree in international business, I know what a contract looks like when I see one and if one is shown to me. "The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) protects people’s ability to share their truthful experiences and opinions.The FTC enforces the CRFA and recently sued three businesses (and two of their owners) for violating that law.The CRFA protects your ability to share your honest opinions about a business’s products, services, or conduct in any forum, including social media. You can publish your honest review even if you say something negative about a business or the services it performed for you."

    I bought a used cx5 with approximately 35,000 miles. I have had it three years and it now has 52,000, so I don't drive a lot. I also bought a platinum warranty policy at the finance person's recommendation. My car wouldn't start, it is the fuel injectors to the tune of 350.00 and everything ended up being about 600.00. The air was not working, now add abut 1200.00. This car barely has 50,000 miles and NONE OF THIS WAS COVERED IN THE WARRANTY I BOUGHT. I have tried to call over and over to the finance department and they have yet to return my call. I will be going there tomorrow and believe me, I will be speaking with someone. I want my money back on the warranty.

    Worst Experience ever

    I would not recommend!!! They will tell you what you want to hear until you sign on the bottom line. I just purchase a vehicle last week. Told the salesman, Clayton, that I wanted to make sure the vehicle had the auto high beam headlights several times. He assured me the vehicle was equipped with it. Got home and started learning how to operate all the gadgets and guess what... it doesn't have it. It doesnt even have remote start!! Contacted the dealership and was basically read a list of what the vehicle does have. Asked the Sales Manager to call and have not heard back from anyone! Worst service ever!!! I
