    Expressed interest in car a 2014 convertible bug with 4 calls throughout day. Promised car would be mine and I had first dibs. Lied to about being repaired. One representative stated if I did not get a call back maybe I should take a hint. Showed up to dealership to find it was on the lot and being sold to an employee's friend. Not sure if they are biased on where we come from or what Very poor experience!

    Continued from recent review. After disappointment one after the next with issues as soon as I drove the car out of H Greg. For my very first oil change I took the car to a Toyota dealership closer to my house and after a couple hrs dropping off I had a call from Service Mgr telling me the car had a right front broken axle with grease every where, suspension problems, backing plates bent that caused rattling noise I been hearing, squeaking noise coming from brakes. This would all cost me about 2400.00 to have it repaired. I said to service mgr I have extended warranty and also the remainder of the factory warranty, he said neither would cover me because the car seemed to be in a major accident previously before my purchase from H Greg. After hearing this I felt like crying because I really didn’t have the money to pay for this. I then called Elias from the West Park Broward, not to worry he said, he sent my the address for his mechanic in Pembroke Rd which is like 25 miles from my house. I called an set up an appointment to drop my car off to get issues resolved with axle, rattling noise while driving and squeaking brakes, also giving the mgr from mechanic shop the estimated bill from Toyota, with all the problems the car had. Let me say this the charge for the mechanic was going to be paid from warranty not from H Greg lol! Even though this was there problem but not checking the car thoroughly before putting on lot for sale. Taking the car to mechanic @ 7.00am during the Pandemic, loosing money by not working and waiting for the car back that took me all most all day to get back. They changed the axle, mechanic claimed the backing plate was bent and he fixed it also the warranty Co would not pay for brakes squeaking issues or wait he found out I had a sensor problem that I had to bring back car another day because he had to order. Did all that right? Wrong! After taking the car home rattling noise never disappeared, still there and off course squeaking noise. @ this time for sure I surrendered this has now become a no win situation. Couple months later as I reverse back I’m now hearing a clunk and loud, immediately I took to Toyota finding out the same axle was still broken. I called the mechanic in Pembroke that claimed they fixed it, and the mechanic said well.... it might have gotten broken again because the after market part they bought is liable to happen again, and I need to bring back. Took the car back they admitted it was no good except again... they had to order part which means I have to take back. Upon doing that the put the new axle on, and found out that the car needs new bearing and that would cost me 400.00 I told him I did not have that money and Elias @ H Greg will take care of it. He did call Elias and H Greg is not paying neither does the warranty Co. because car was in an accident previously to my purchase . H Greg you broke my heart you really did, I called and texted Elias but never got a response. It really is amazing, all together 10 trips 7 with you guys and 3 with mechanic, and I’m stock with squeaking brakes, rattling noise when I drive and bearing problems, all my my recent purchase of a 2019 car, lol! Never in my whole life have I ever had this experience as I did with your Co. If this is how you do business with innocent folks especially now that we’re in a pandemic where money is hard to come by. Hope H Greg got both my reviews this one and the one previous to this read it all and have a heart by doing the right thing.... that’s your call. I’m not even sure if you would show my review. Good luck in your unfair ways of doing business.

    Horrible experience TRYING to buy a car

    While in the market for a used car I called many dealerships nationwide. This dealership, by far, stands out as the worst. I first called asking about a mustang and if it was still available. A man answered the phone, we’ll call him Joe, and tells me it’s still available. I continue to ask about pricing and finance options when he told me that he would have to get back to me and would have someone in touch with me soon regarding the info. No one ever got in touch with me. Fast forward a few days and I call back. Same situation, another person. This person tells me the same thing. Fast forward about 3 WEEKS. At this point I’ve spoken with several representatives and “sales people” and I’m starting to get a feeling that this might be a scam. I finally get in touch with a person named Eugene. I explain to Eugene that I’ve been trying to buy this car for 3 weeks and no one seems interesting in selling it. Eugene then told me that they were giving me a “run-around” as this dealership sometimes does, and that he would personally sell the car to me. He gave me his personal number and texted me the pricing details. The problem with Eugene arose when I asked for pictures. That’s when he told me that they weren’t allowed to send pictures or videos of their vehicles. Please, someone explain how this is normal? After he said this I gave him a call and asked him why this was the case. My exact words were, “Eugene, brother, why would they not let you send pictures of the car I’m going to buy?”. For some reason, this irritated Eugene. He proceeded to tell me that I do not understand, and that I am not his brother. He then told me that I have an attitude and hung up the phone. As I said, this dealership stands out. In all the wrong ways. I’m seriously sitting here confused now because I really did want to buy the car lol, it truly seems that these “salespeople” were simply not in the business of selling me said car. Anyways super interesting experience all around and I hope this dealership improves, for the buyers sake. As for now, take my warning and don’t waste your time or your money here, as they value neither!

    They lie to you, don't take their word. take everything in writing specially time frame any repairs they promise. I have to go more than ten times just to get the bumper fix even i had a written they owe me letter. its really frustrating to buy a car. i would never go back there again.
