    My husband and I had just stopped to look around. We were looking for fuel economy and were interested in the Kia Niro. Jamie Lynch was very knowledgeable and familiar with this vehicle. He explained nearly everything about it. After a test drive we were signing papers and driving home in our new Niro. Jamie even programmed my iphone to the car! The entire process went smoothly with no pressure or hard sell tactics.

    Had my truck in there to be serviced because I bought a truck from the hyundai used store and they were to fix a boost leak. I asked them to program keys to truck (didn't have remotes). I told them it could be done if they followed the EXACT process I had gotten online. The lady took a quick look and said she would try it but I would have to pay if it didn't work. After sitting there for 3 hours just to get keys programmed she told me it could not be done and that it would require too much and be way too much. So I payed them. Went to bobb Boyd in Lancaster, Ohio and gave them the directions and they had it done and working within 30 minutes. I knew when my buddy told me he had issues here I shouldn't of even tried. They just want to take your money!

    We were treated so good from the time we bought our 2008 van there we decided to come see about a truck and we bought a 2016, but it was not big enough so we bought a bigger 2016 from Rich Moody, we will be bringing our daughter there to see Rich in about two months for a car, Rich you better be there.     Asked to see more pictures. Ended up not getting any pictures! Got a lot of emails about other things. All i asked was for pictures, nothing else. The one stars are a low rating due to not going to the facility and/ or purchased a vehicle for this dealership

    We saw the Soul on the showroom floor before Thanksgiving when we were in the dealership. We had never considered the Soul for us personally. After seeing the vehicle first hand, and learning from Viren all the warranty information, and the year end sales promotion Kia was having, we returned at the end of December to look more closely. Viren D'Souza was extremely knowledgeable about his products, and their comparisons to other cars. We enjoyed working with him, and will certainly refer others to him. We also found Leila Chavez to be very helpful.

    Rich, Tom and right on up the ladder - good people to work with. Rich had to scramble to locate the vehicle I wanted and he got it done. Also good at reviewing nuts and bolts of new vehicle. I'd suggest friends and family check in here and one good hint - they do like donuts! :-)
