    Ok so this is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from dealership and Mark...I was extremely content and happy with both purchases and the customer service I was given...Mark is a awesome sales person and I highly recommend him... he always comes through with the best deal possible... he has a down to earth personality which makes him an all the more valuable asset to the company. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from this company 2 from their Hyundai dealership then two Jeeps from Mark and I couldn’t be happier with my experiences... I love this dealership and it’s service and my salesman Mark DiSantis... I highly recommend both.

    Radio antenna repair, they failed to do what they

    I bought my Kia their, the sales people are great treated me with a lot of respect answered questions and took their time with me, I had taken my car in twice, first time they said it would take about 1 to 2 hours, and if I would like to do lunch or some shopping they woul take me wherever and pick me up, so I went to Walmart called them back to come get me, it took them 56 minutes to come get me and Walmart is only 10 minutes away, which is ridiculous. Well I needed a repair done on my car I called well they said you need to call parts department and order your part so I did and Chris ordered my part, and said you now need to make a appointment to do the repair so I did said it would be about a week so I went down, I ask someone to take me because they said it could take up to 3 hours, so I paid my cousin to take me and it takes about 45 minutes to get their, well went to services department walked out the door and soon got a call say 5 minutes later from the service department saying my part wasn't in, I said "what" and they said you need to talk to to someone in Parts so I walk over their, Chris says it's not in, I said why did you tell me to make the appointment then or why didn't you call me and tell me it wasn't in, he just looks at me and said we can't help it its just not in, like he didn't care how it inconvenient me it wasn't his problem, he was so disrespectful. I thought the services department is around the corner, from you guys and if you computers are that terrible couldn't you just walk over to communicate. It was like it was my responsibility for me to figure this all out.

    Jamie did an outstanding job with our purchase of our new 2018 Kia Optima. The car didn't have remote start and Jamie made all the arrangements to have the remote start installed for me. First time I ever purchased a Kia and am well pleased.

    I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima at another dealership. Unfortunately, Herrnstein Kia was the closest dealership I found for repairs to have three small recalls done to my wife's car, along with a free points inspection. The front desk staff were nice, but didn't seem very knowledgeable about a lot when questions were asked. I went in for the recalls unannounced and they didn't have the parts I needed. That was fine, I understood. They scheduled for a week later and told me the parts would be in when I came in. I called them the day before to make sure I was still scheduled and they were ready to go. They said they were. I get there for my appointment and drop off of my car. An hour and a half later I get a call saying that they are finished with all but one recall because they didn't have the part. The part they didn't have was the whole reason I was scheduled in to begin with from the previous week. Another appointment had to be made for me to come back. My wife went this time and got the recall done with the part. Roughly four to five days later, I went to change the oil in my car. I am literally the only person that has EVER changed the oil in this car after 14,000 miles when I purchased it. My undercarriage with seven screws was ripped where the front two screws are for changing the oil and working on the car. This undercarriage is set up to tuck in and be pushed until it sets, so it could not have been damaged by running over something or hitting a pothole. I did not do this. So, I assumed that somebody that worked on the recalls previously, messed it up because they were too lazy to pull the last two screws out to check the engine. I called a service manager. She told me that for the three recalls, including the all points inspection, that the undercarriage never needed to come off, so it could not have been them and she trusts the person that worked on my car. Well, I don't. I know that I didn't do it, because I am meticulous about these things happening, hence why I change the oil myself. I also know that the way the thing is tour at only the front to bolts, that this wasn't random from driving. Long story short, I will NOT be back to their service department.

    Worked with Rich Moody. Could not have have gone any smoother. Got the van I wanted at the price I wanted. Was a 3 hour round trip to Chilichothe but would do it in a heartbeat again. Rich is a great guy!

    My boyfriend and I went to Hernnstein Auto Group with the intention of browsing through vehicles to get an idea of what I would like to buy in the future. The salesman, Jared Davies, was extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful when we decided that we were interested in purchasing a vehicle. We ended up leaving the dealership in a 2018 Kia Sorento! I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle speak to Jared at Herrnstein.
