    Pretty bad experience, came in to look at a 2020 Mustang GT and assistant sales manager Graham Wariso would not work with me on the price. Just a few days ago there was a heritage discount which he said was no longer on the table because “they needed to make money” but I thought Ford was looking out for Americans during this crisis? Apparently Heritage Ford cares more about money than they do their customers. I was ready to sign on the dot for the right deal but Graham didn’t want to make it. And no test drives? They “don’t want to add miles to their new cars” they didn’t mention COVID in the reasoning at all. I’m not sure if they thought I was too young to buy a car but I was treated unprofessionally and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Overall...I feel that Heritage has been dishonest with me regarding what was 'actually' performed and checked on my vehicle. I calculated the mileage from dropping it off to picking it up and there was no way the technician or anyone test drove it 20+ miles like I was told. My vehicle still wasn't working properly after (5) days of 'testing'. I was told on 7/28 nothing was found but they're still working on it when in actuality they stopped working on it 7/27 as my invoice states. I drove away 7/30 and it broke down several times on my way home to Turlock. I called HF to confirm exactly what it was they had tested and asked why the makers (Ford) of my vehicle cannot manage to diagnose the problem. I was offered, so condescendingly, to bring it back in to have it checked again. Yeah, in what lifetime? Anyway, thanks for this opportunity!

    This is the third time with an appt. this means an appt means nothing. I finally had to do a call back. After 4 hours I had called. All I wanted was an oil change. How many cars before me was done. poor excuses given to me when I called. I was steaming mad. I will never go back.
