    Do not order a Truck from Henry Brown GMC

    Do not order a Truck from this dealership. I ordered a Truck from Ben Brown in March 2020 and agreed on pricing. Once the Truck arrived at the old Chevy Dealership Henry Brown had just sold I contacted Ben Brown and he said he would get it brought to Chandler. I received no response from Ben so I contacted the Chevy dealer who said that i must now buy the Truck from them with their pricing. So I did pay their price to get my Truck I had been waiting for for 6 months. Henry brown did contact me and did say he was sorry and would take care of the pricing difference. He said Ben would contact me. Three weeks later I when into Brown GMC and spoke with Henry Brown about what he said, he had Ben take me to his office to work it out. After ben leaving the office and not retuning I went looking for him and found him in another office. ben said he would call me the next day. It never happened. So if you want to get treated better and feel good about buying you new Truck go somewhere else to buy!!!!!!

    We have bought two vehicles from Henry Brown. Both times we had an awesome experience. The buying process was super easy. We had a different sales person each time, but both Tim Bryant and Dewight Byron were awesome to work with!

    Service Dept does not do what it says

    Brought car in for Express Lube on Feb 1st. Did not do tire rotation with dealership but did them myself later that day. When I did do it I notified the one tire was very bad with tread coming apart. Brought in to speak to Scott Usher about it he said I needed three new tires. Car has 21,610 mikes on it and this was not told to me with supposed 27 point inspection that showed nothing on report from Sat service. Was told that was not very safe and if I did not do the rotation myself I would of never known this. Very unsure about Henry Brown Service and if dependable.

I drive up from Tucson to have the car services, which I bought at Henry Brown, because of such horrible service from the dealerships in Tucson.     Great service on my 19 year old truck

    I have a 2000 GMC that I keep everything functional including every interior light. This place has done a great job for me so there is no other place I go. I recently had my AC not cooling so took it in and was diagnosed and resolved the same day.

    Replaced sunroof parts. Technician did not test drive my car to verify repairs were made properly. Sunroof rattles like crazy and now have to leave the shade open all the time to prevent it. Not a great way to keep my car cool in the Arizona summer...
