    This place is the worst. The salesman lied from day one and continues to lie. I saw a car on the lot and had it inspected. Gave the inspection sheet to him and he wrote up a we owe slip. I said I wanted the repairs done before I bought the car. The liar named Keith Baker told me the repairs were done before I bought the car. When I bought the car, the only paperwork he gave me was the purchase agreement and 2 car fax reports. Two weeks later, the problem persist and Mr Baker says, let's schedule your repairs. They fixed the minor problem but didn't do anything to the major issue. I constantly called and was brushed off. It took months for him to provide me with any service records and conveniently couldn't find the we owe slip. Because the major issue was never fixed, I ended up on the side of the road and it cost me over $1000 to fix. When I finally got the we owe slip it was clearly doctored. The major issue was scratched out and the date on the slip doesn't coincide with the date of the inspection. I had previously spoken with the GM and he told me that they agreed to fix both issues but now, they claim no liability. Beware of the shady sales tactics cause once you buy from them, they get forgetful, can't find anything and don't have time for you cause they're always with another client.

    Horrible customer service - do not buy a used car

    I recently purchased a used car from Mike Tate and I have never received such horrible customer service before. At the time of purchase, the car had stains on the leather interior, multiple scratches and a small dent on the front bumper. Per Mike, Hennessy would take care of all of these items but would need to keep the car for a day or two. Fast forward three days later, my car was delivered to my house with none of these items addressed. I immediately called Mike and he has been unresponsive to all of my calls about this issue. He also told me that he was going to speak to his manager, Henry Lewis, but I have not heard from Henry even after I called the dealership and was told that he would call me back. This has been the worse car buying experience. Mike Tate made false promises to close the sale and then delivered horrible customer service to help resolve my issues. I suggest going to a different dealership to purchase a car, even if the other dealership is more expensive, as Hennessy Buick GMC will make false promises and say anything to close the sale and then will ignore you after the sale.

    Worst service ever

    Terrible service buying a used van. Pushy before making the sale, then no help whatsoever after putting our money down. Avoid Juan at all cost, and while Ron was personable, he was never there, so no help really. Everyone was nice when we went to pick up the van, but too little too late. So far, we like the van.

    I would like to share with anyone that will listen, how pleasant and easy my latest purchase experience was. I have been looking for a couple weeks and have dealt with a handful of car lots face to face. Hennessy and Michael Tate were the most honest and easiest to work with. From the price point, to his word I was able to purchase a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the lowest miles and the lowest price out of all the lots I dealt with. Michael Tate and Capital One Navigator made this the most pleasant and easy purchase ever. Hennessy and Michael Tate are a 5 star to me.

    We did all of our shopping on the internet, Ron Geraci was great, we were from out of state, 3 or 4 calls and 38 text exchanges to ensure we had all needed documents, when we arrived they went above the call of duty to help us take delivery, in and out in less than hour, by the way this is the second Canyon because the first one was great, great price GREAT service, i drove 3.5 hrs to get this truck, i will do it again if they have the car i need, lots of inventory to choose from.

    Let me begin by telling you about my experience at Hennessy Buick Mazda GMC I first began my search for a vehicle on Tuesday 11/5/2019. I went online and found a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing, after I called the dealership the receptionist gave the call to the sales person Michael Reyes, and he did a wonderful job in getting the vehicle ready for me to see that evening, when I got to the dealership the Salesperson took me directly to Michael and he was ready for me to look at the vehicle ,after getting a copy of my driver’s license we proceeded to go look at the vehicle, he had a vehicle up front clean and ready for me to do a test drive. There was only one Cosmetic area on the vehicle that needed attention and he got that taken care of right away. On the test drive he asked me how do you like the vehicle was anything that would stop me from purchasing the vehicle today. There was no pressure in his sales pitch. So as we pulled back into the dealership he had I put the vehicle in the same spot that I got the vehicle and we went inside to work out the details? While we were doing the paperwork the pre-owned sales manager Hector Forkel came and introduced himself whom I thought was a nice touch that the manager immediately came over and said hello and ask do you have any questions about the vehicle. I told him so far so good the next step was taking me to the finance office to see Donnie Wilmoth the Business manager, he did a great job and having my paperwork ready presenting me a menu for different items for my car, I did purchase the warranty and gap for my vehicle the whole process took about two hours the Process was very good and did not take long at all, finally as I was about to leave the general manager introduced himself Ricky Williams and thanked me for my purchase at the dealership Hennessey did an outstanding job from the sales call to the final purchase of my vehicle everyone will do great by purchasing a vehicle At this dealership Ricky Williams the General Manager has a very great crew and it shows by his leadership has a very great crew, And it shows by his leader ship that this dealership customer service is number one and satisfaction to be given to the customer. Even after the sale my sales person Michael Reyes gave me a phone call the next day and I received a call from The General Manager Ricky Williams!! That is the wow factor, Dealerships teach customer service but how many actually do it! Well this one does walk the walk and I’m very glad to share my experience. And also Michael Reyes gave me a call in three days to follow up again! Wow great job. It shows that the sales process that they have in place is being done. Thank you all once again I will be telling people to come to Hennessy Mazda Buick GMC on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow GA to your dealership to purchase a vehicle and they will be treated GREAT!!
