  Found the vehicle we wanted with all preferred features at Henkel. Drove from Chicago area to see/buy 2017 Pacifica, from Henkel's online listing on Cars.com. Love it! Wally Fox was our salesman, from calls before we went, through the process. He was very attentive and personable. Easy to deal with. Finance man Eric was also very pleasant. Definitely would recommend Henkel to anyone.

  This is the second car we’ve purchase from Henkel and Dan Swanson, I like that you don’t have to worry if you’re getting the best price or quality because it’s already there. Dan is super knowledgeable about the entire product line and isn’t going to pressure sell you into making bad long term decision. Don’t forget about the LIFETIME warranty!

  Located vehicle on line, texted sales representative who replied instantly. Set up test drive, and purchased vehicle. Although there was no negotiating the price, it was fair, could have been a better deal. Dealership was not willing to throw any perks to sweeten the deal. After the deal was signed, dealership has complied with all questions, concerns regarding issues with the vehicle, I am certain they stand behind their products.
