    I was doing the "Slow Roll" through the lot on Saturday afternoon and George flagged me down. He asked what I was interested in and I said a new truck. He asked what one I wanted to,drive and brought out several keys. After a couple of test drives we worked out the numbers and I drove my new truck home Monday afternoon. George even set me up with a company that had some aftermarket accessories that I was looking for. He was great to deal with and I will definitely be a repeat customer.... Thanks George!!!

    We went looking for a Chrysler Town & Country at Henkle's. Our salesman was George Yeager and he did a superb job showing us what was available. We ended up buying a new 2013 Town & Country from George. The whole process was pain free and fast! George even delivered the car to us the next day!!     I was able to work with Jaime Parker from Henkel Motors, and she was outstanding in every phase of the buying process. I live in Traverse city, Michigan, saome 150 miles away from Battle Creek, where Henkel is located. I was able to purchase a Chrysler 200 over the phone and internet, and have the vehicle delivered within a weeks time! Amazing!! In addition, they were able to provide a lower interest rate than my own credit union, as well as an acceptable trade-in allowance. I highly recommend them to anyone.

    Amazing Customer Care at Henkel's!

    After visiting 2 other dealerships I simply got a gut wrenching feeling about getting a new vehicle. Full of doubt & armed with a internet printout from Henkel I thought lets give them a try. I was anticipating the worst. Price changing, didn't qualify for rebates and assorted other things. My wife and I went in and requested Jaime in internet sales. We did grill her at first. She had all the answers. The numbers came out true. In about 2 hours all tax, plates, title, insurance, detailing, full tank of gas, test drive, and all questions answered and we drove our Jeep Liberty down the road. It was Great, Jamie was great, the manager and others all pitched in and it was awesome. As a GM employee I can honestly say I never even purchased a employee vehicle with that much ease. We will be back and high five on being honest and super friendly. Relieved in Charlotte.

    I live 40 minutes outside of Chicago but this was the car my wife wanted, I jumped on the highway was there in 3 hours, Jamie made it extremely helpful during the process by getting my pre-approval and forms ready for when I arrived, I showed up test drove it, and left it was that easy. Very nice place and she was very helpful. Ask for Jamie Parker she will not disappoint. I purchased a Chevy Cruze.

    very bad service manager does not want to warranty work. Will come up with every excuse why the problem should not be covered!!!!!!!Had alot of problems with the car they did not want to give a loner so we were with out a car for over a month!!!!!

    Jason Ferguson was the salesman who sold us our 2012 Caliber. We originally went in looking for a used, low mileage Caliber. We wanted a Caliber because it is easy to get my wife's wheelchair in and out of the hatchback. Jason showed us about 4 of them that were what we were looking for. Then he mentioned what a new 2012 Caliber was priced at. We ended up buying a new Caliber because the price was very good.
