    This was our second purchase at Hendrick Honda in four years. Salesman, Richard Peacock and sales manager, Sean McLane were easy to work with, and we wrapped up the whole process from test driving the car to driving our newly purchased Honda home in three hours. If you want a Honda, see Richard Peacock. We give Hendrick Honda our highest marks.

    Great overall buying experience

    I went twice to the dealer to test drive CRV's. The first time I was sick but they were patient with me and walked me through all the benefits of downsizing from a mini-van (which I LOVED) to a CRV. I wasn't in love with the CRV so I went home to think about it. I came back a week later and Richard Peacock was able to help me find the CRV that I did love! He was patient and explained everything to me throughout the process. Great buying experience all around!

    Wow! Finally, a positive car purchasing experience! Just purchased a CR-V from Ryan Narus and it was a 100% positive experience. He was non-pushy, honest, patient, funny and a pleasure to do business with. My previous car purchasing experiences were horrific (from another brand, another dealership). This was a relaxed and I will definitely be back. Ask for Ryan-he's the Man!

    My wife and I are expecting a child and were in the market for a bigger, more baby friendly car. We went to Hendrick Honda and were amazed at the quality of service we received. Gus Forbes greeted and talked to us about what we were looking for, and directed us to Richard Peacock who helped narrow our search. Richard and Gus were extremely friendly and treated us with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. Richard took the time to go through every feature on the cars we looked at, and even helped set up features on the car that we ended up purchasing. This was truly a pleasurable buying experience, and we will definitely go back to Hendrick Honda when purchasing another car.

    5 stars on everything......customer service, facilities, buying process. Richard Peacock was my salesperson as introduced to me by Gus. He was nice,courteous and took his time in explaining everything and answered all my questions satisfactorily. The buying process was a little long but probably some of it was due to my being out of state. I was very happy I found the car I liked as the inventory was very full of certified Hondas.
