    Mitchell Hill was outstanding in the sales process. He was very informative and made us feel valued as a customer. Great demeanor and attention to customer concern. He explained details not evident to the lay person in automobile sales, answering questions with clarity. Steve Bradley was equally competent and they are a credit to the dealership.

    Another faulty service dept. diagnosis

    During a normal oil change and rotation Mazda in Clermont Fl. told my daughter her safety is compromised due to two wheels having bent rims. They offered to replace the two 15" rims and mount her two tires for $550. She went to Discount Tire in Clermont Fl. and was met by a helpful courteous employee who actually laughed at Mazdas "findings". The rims are fine and the tires have plenty of tread. There was no charge for the inspection. Things certainly have changed since Max then Dani left as service writers

    Nathan Clements wrote me a letter offering to pay off the remaining lease on my 2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring model and offering me a 2020 Mazda 3 Hatchback "premium"model to replace it . Both models were top of the line. However, when I met them at the dealership Clements and his salesperson pushed me to lease a Mazda 3 Sedan or a Mazda 3 "preferred" model, neither of which were what Clements offered in his letter (and what model I wanted to buy). When pressed by me, the sales rep. told me that the dealership did not actually possess the 2020 Mazda hatchback "premium" model. I left the dealership, angry for wasting my time. Later, I learned that the actions of Clements and the sales rep. constituted a scheme of "bait and switch", which I believe is illegal in Florida and other states. I do not do business with people who, in my opinion, lie to me to get me to buy their cars. I will not return to this dealership again. I am a senior citizen with a serious heart condition who does not need to endure the stress and aggravation they put me through. I plan to file a complaint against the dealership with the Attorney General of Florida.

    I had been researching into the new Kia Tellurides for the last year but with the supply and demand of those vehicles, dealerships are charging sometimes $10,000 over MSRP for a new one. So when I came across a listing for a like-new used 2020 Kia Telluride at this dealership I got excited. When I reached out to get more information Hailey from the internet sales department reached out to me right away and was very helpful answering questions I had. I had originally requested to work with Martin in sales after reading a lot of great reviews. He contacted me as well and we set up a date and time for me to come and look at it. I had such a great car buying experience which is not always the case. Martin was so down to earth and genuine I felt like. Same with Chris from finance. They were so patient with me for being there almost 3 hours. I even walked in already being pre-approved by my credit union and they were able to beat the rate I had! I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from this dealership!

    The Service Department is responsive with appointment bookings and accurate with their estimate of repair times. Warranty work was performed and they always include a free car wash.

    Great dealership, straightforward buying process and super friendly salesmen. Even though the listed price was not the final price after taxes and dealer fees, I’d still recommend as people were super friendly and buying process was quick. No dealer warranty was included on my purchase.
