  This dealership was great. Brittany set us up with Argenis who def. took care of us. Everything went so smooth we couldnt believe it, (especially after a horrible experience at another dealership). We will tell everyone abt this place. Def need to check it out if your looking for a no-hassle deal.

  This place is horrible!!! I bought a 2019 certified vehicle from here. When I got home the bumper trim fell off. I took it to another VW dealer; come to find out it was out on with double-sided tape!!!! I tried to call the dealer, no calls back reference this. I had to pay for the repair and part myself. That’s a big F*xx you from them to me.

  I went to Hawk Volkswagen for my first car buying experience. I went to three different Volkswagen dealers but found Joliet Hawk Volkswagen to be the smoothest and most efficient. Alex helped me find a car that fit my needs and worked with me to get me to a price I was comfortable with.
