    I Bought a new 2018 Sierra 1500 Denali. I told my salesman I didn't want to put any money down but I would if I needed to to get everything were I wanted it. I got low balled badly on my trade and after some negotiating this other guy comes out like the Monday morning quarter back and says I got it done for you. I said what did you do? He claimed he had gone to bat for me at the bank and pulled some strings. Yeah right, he slapped another year of payments on me to total 84 months. So now instead of putting down the $5,000 down I could have I'm stuck with 12 more payments at $750.00. When I followed your process after I found out about all of this I spoke with your Customer Service Manager. Just another waste of time!! Then I got to speak to Mike in finance. Another waste of time!! When I explained the situation to him all he heard was " I wasn't the kind of guy to rip a company on social media and, you were going to put down $5,000? I have called several times and left messages to Customer Service Manager and got nowhere so the fact that you say you care is xxxxxxxx!! The fact that you say you strive for excellence is xxxxxxxx!! I have bought 2 new cars since then and neither one of them were purchased there. I have contacted the service department a few times about service and issues with my truck. I was disappointed every time. Rear shocks leaking fluid, transmission not shifting properly twice, and most recently the tray that goes in the console was missing when I bought the truck. Every time I was disappointed to learn that you would do nothing. I was given a heavily used and beat up tray that looked like it had been drug down the street to put in my new truck, I put it in my shop, but honestly how does a truck that lists for $70,000 not come with a tray? The Ford Lariat comes with a tray just so you know and that is not even their best package. I have given you plenty of time and chances to make this right and you have failed miserably so when I get my last free oil change I am done with you and my family is as well, and who knows, I may just look into this social media xxxx after all. In an area full of GM dealers you guys have a lot of work to do, Being nice to someone when they walk in the door is the expectation, you don't get extra for that. Sure it will be remembered, but it will soon be forgotten if they are screwed when they leave.

    Bought a car off internet from here. Do NOT do that with these people. They told me everything was great on the car. It needed nothing. When I got it it had hail damage and a cracked, broken and curled dash. $1000 to fix and very noticeable. They said sorry we didn't see it. Nothing they can do. So they will not take care of you. Sorry I gave them money!

And no problem ,concern or need is to small for them to take tile out of there busy schedule to help. And i greatly appreciate that kind of personal service..
