    Show up to buy a pre owned car and the first thing they say is the brakes are bad???? They are completely willing to sell a car capable of doing 150 mph with horrible brakes?? This is a NISSAN NEW CAR STORE???? Laughed and left (of course without buying) Bunch of clowns

    BUYER BEWARE

    I purchased a 2019 Nissan Armada *Certified* and it was sold to me with a bad engine. Harbor Nissan has had my vehicle OVER 6 weeks and it’s still not fixed. No priority has been put on fixing this issue. I should’ve never been sold a vehicle with a bad engine especially certified in the first place. Beware of buying a vehicle here!!

    Went shopping for a pre-owned car. Found exactly what I was looking for. Mr. Michael Longo answered all my questions, and worked for me with the sales manager to get a great price. Love my new car 2018 Subaru WSXR STI. I would recommend Mike Longo and Harbor Nissan.

    $3700 added to advertised price. Very misleading.

    Add a no value $2500 "Protection Package" whether you want it or not. They argue that it's valuable but won't take it back. Misleading pricing online. Will never attempt to do business again because actual price was $3700 more than advertised.

    Went into dealer to purchase a 2020 Rogue. Discovered that Nancy(internet sales) lied to me to get me into dealership and then Zack(sales) was condescending and insulting when I did not agree to the exorbitant uncharges and price of vehicle. Very poor experience and I do not recommend this dealership.

    Stay Away from Harbor Nissan!!!

    Stay Away from!!!!! A month ago my daughter went to Harbor Nissan to buy a used car after finding a car there is where this nightmare starts. She was financed, signed all papers, thought she was done with this process, was so happy to have purchased her first car at 19. 2 weeks later I get a phone call asking if I could bring in a bank statement this was 2 days before Thanksgiving my bank is in Ohio and I do online banking, my bank statement doesn't print in a format that they could use so I called my bank and asked for one to be mailed to me, bank manager mailed it out on Tuesday said I should have it on Friday. I called Harbor Nissan told them I would bring it in on Friday, they said that would be fine and thought again everything was fine. On Wednesday I goto work and get a call from my daughter at 10 am that someone is there to take her car, told her that she had 5 mins to get her stuff. No explanation, showing no paperwork, just came in her work in front of her boss, her crew, her customers demanding for her to get her stuff and give him the keys. Now this is Wednesday day before Thanksgiving, and I was told the night before at 7pm to bring paperwork friday morning. So confused I call Harbor Nissan. And according to them they know nothing only to find out later they had it towed. Friday I go in and ask for her 1000$ down payment back because according to them the bank wouldn't finance the car. I was told to come back in a cpl hours and they would give me a check. So for 12 days now I've been given the run around, from your check is in the safe locked up, to they forgot to write it, to let me put it back on your debt card. I've talked to every sales manager. The general manager, accounting, financial. I've went there after work everyday, not one person will return a phone call, they ran my daughter's credit 29 times all hard pulls dropped her credit score over 100 points. So just a heads up this place is crooked, they take your money, and kill your credit!!

    Went through the process to line up the deal only to find them trying to charge me for recoditioning the vechile ??? basically they had the vechile cleaned for sale and then stated that cost $1500. Then tried to pass that cost onto the buyer. The advertised price on all the websites did not reflect any other costs etc. Not upfront and certainly not a dealer I would ever do business with and a total waste of time and effort.

    We were in the middle of negotiating a deal to buy a truck from Harbor Nissan and when we called the sales man, he said it was sold. He then said another salesman took the keys from his desk and sold it to a friend. There was another truck that we might have purchased, but no way. No sure what the truth really is.
