    From the moment I spoke with the receptionist, I felt pretty good about buying my first car!! When I arrived at the dealership, I felt welcomed and a bit overwhelmed because I wasnt sure which car I really wanted but the salesman was patient with me and I did end up purchasing an 04 Acura TSX and I got a GREAT DEAL!! HAPPY TO SAY I LOVE THIS CAR! I Must say, I love to see my friends faces when I tell them how much I paid for my car! Thank you guys for making my car buying experience a GREAT ONE!!

    Poor dealership run away not worth it

    Brought a car from this dealership it was the worst car buying experience. After driving off the lot the check engine light came on, brakes sank to the floor, horn didn't work, etc. Took it back to the dealer for repairs and said they fixed it but didn't. Had to take it to my mechanic to fix all repairs totaling over $1,500. All dealers are regulated by the DMV after filing a complaint and investigation the DMV was able to get the dealer to cut me a check for the total amount of repairs.

    When I called them and asked if the car had power seats,they said they would go out and check. Later they said it did have power seats.I went to their location from Nassau County,Long Island,a whole afternoon spent. Their place was a nightmare to find in horrible traffic where they are located. When I got there-you guessed it,no power seats.When I asked to do a road test,they said they don't do road tests for potential customers. Starting up the engine was good enough. What?!! (This car was packed in so tightly with dozens of other cars it would have taken a week just to get it on the street to test.) Besides, the car didn't quite look like the beautiful pictures portrayed on the internet. I realized then I was dealing with sub-humans from another planet,and had to write off the travel time+traffic+gas as a total waste of time.Plus the aggravation.Avoid this dealer at all possible cost.Life is too short for this.

    I HELP MY FRIEND FIRST TIME GO TO THIS STORE TO BUY THIS AUTO,BEFORE WE PAID,THE SALES MAN SAID EVERYTHINGS WILL TAKE CARE OF THE CAR CHANGE OIL,NEW BATTERY,AND WASHED THE CAR INSIDE AND OUTSIDE,THEY ONLY TOLD US THE CAR PRICES,AND THEY DIDN'T SAID THEY WILL CHARGE ANOTHER FEE,HE KEEP RUSH US TO PAY AND DIDN'T EXPLAIN ALL DETAIL ,AFTER WE PAID THE CAR PRICE STILL OWN $1300 TO PAY OFF THE CAR.WHEN WE PICK UP THE CAR THE POWER CAN'T BE ADJUST SO WE WOULD LIKE LET THEY FIX IT BECAUSE WE HAVE 60 WANRRTY,BUT THE JIMMY GUY SAID IS NOT THIER BUSSINESS ANY MORE .AND MY FRIENDS CAR THE DASHBOARD STILL HAVE ENGIE LIGHT AND SRS LIGHT ON. THEY DUN WANNA FIX.MY FRIEND SO UP SET AND DISPOINTED OF HIS FIRST CAR IN USA.IT LOOKS LIKE racial discrimination .EVERTYTHINGS JUST TELL US READ THE PAPER.ITS NO RESPECTFOR THE CUSTOMER.I WILL MAKE CALL TO 311 AND CUSTOMER AFFAIRS TO FOLLOW ABOUT THIS CASE.
