    This was the third time buying/leasing from Halleen and the second time Jim McConville was our lease salesman. As always, he was patient and thorough. Josh in finance was very thorough in his explanations and made sure I really knew what I was signing.     My experience with this dealership and Micheal Mills was amazing! We communicated throughout the day, and when I got to the dealership all I needed to do was sign. Micheal was extremely helpful throughout the process, showing me how to work the cars features, and even followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions. I will only be using this dealership moving forward, and will be recommending Micheal to all of my friends!

    Great service, but....

    I have had my Sorento for 7 years and have been extremely happy with both my car and service department. I have never had service done anywhere else. With the pandemic I wanted to make sure that I used Halleen Kia North Olmsted for oll change snd any other service needed. I was assured proper protocols would be used. When I drove into service area technician did not have masked pulled up. He did make a lame attempt when I would not open window and then just had it on one ear and pulled across with his hand. I asked him to put it completely on and he rolled his eyes and turned me over to his supervisor who I had to tell to pull his mask up over his nose but was very helpful. When I went in office to have things written up a customer came in without mask on and nothing was said to him and I spoke up and waited outside. I had oil change plus recalls checked and had them do some preventative maintenance they recommended for a total of almost $300, but as I said, it’s been a great car. When I picked car up Greg who was so helpful was finishing up with a customer so a technician came in and offered to check me out. He was masked but it was not above nose. When I asked him to pull it up he said it kept coming down and I said that Ohio had reported a record high 6500 Covid19 cases that day and said “whatever”, said that I would have to wait for Greg and walked off. It was very upsetting as the dealership has been so excellent over the years but was not taking care to see that protocols were done correctly. I will be 70 in a few months so even though my health is good I am in the vulnerable category as is significant portion of the population. It was so disappointing. Greg Katona was very good however.

    I took a car for an oil change and a check engine light repairs. They diagnosed and repaired. After I left the second day (about !00 miles) the check engine lite came back .I called service department and spoke with Ryan. He said that I will have to pay a diagnostic fee again ,which is around $225 , what is unfair ,because I paid for it at the first visit and the problem wasnt solved.
