    We were a little hesitant to go shop for a new vehicle with COVID, but the dealership was very clean, everyone was wearing masks and social distancing. We made an appointment with Joe Gonzalez and he was excellent! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and he was awesome to work with. I would give Joe and the dealership 10 stars if I could!

    Worst service department ever

    Do n't waste your time. Had a 7:15 appt, dropped off car the night before for an oil change and tire rotation. Est given was 1 1/2 hrs. Not started at 9:30 so I wanted my car. Desk changed story to now filling w oil. Never got tires rotated. Charged for the oil change done at 10:00. Service manager explained that the tech did not do as instructed. A service mgr gets involved w a tech on an oil change? Org might have bigger challenges. Plus the svc mgr was a jerk.

    Terrible Experience

    I purchased a new truck from Halls Chevrolet with the undercarriage covered in rust. The truck is a 2019 Chevy LTZ 2500 duramax! There’s some shady business going on here! Beware of the GM bulletin not available to the public that blames road treatment or on what they call surface rust! It’s called corrosion and poor business conduct on behalf of GM and the dealership! I’m stuck with a 70,000 dollar rust bucket because on behalf of both the dealership for agreeing with GM on the rust as being normal! A truck with 50 miles and covered in rust is not normal! Beware of them both! I’m stuck with this vehicle only for a short time! Don’t get caught up in their negligence like I have!

    HORRIBLE

    This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with. Dropped my vehicle off on Saturday to repair a tail light, diagnose a code, and an oil change. Dealership emailed on Saturday stating program needed to be updated with latest calibrations, and they recommended tires and alignment? Ok, whatever, I'll take the tires and alignment, I might need them, and as a BUSY FULL TIME WORKING mother of 3, I can appreciate getting everything done at one time. THEN, they closed on Saturday without finishing the vehicle of letting me know it wasn't finished. Ok, fine. Monday, I am calling (because they don't call you!) to find out the status, and the tech has my seat taken apart further diagnosing the code.......What happened with the software update? I need my vehicle to take my kids to daycare tomorrow. So they CLOSE AGAIN AT 6pm without as even one phone call. So I am on the phone with DeDe the service advisor this morning, truck is ready, come get it (AFTER my husband HAD to take the day off work today because I didn't have a vehicle!) He picks it up, takes it home, and the TAIL LIGHT DOESN'T WORK!!!!! And, he paid a $129 diagnostic fee, which I was told would NOT be charged if the repair was chosen to be done, which I did, but it's not done!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
