    Had found this vehicle on-line at Haggerty's website. Met with Sales Consultant "Bugs" who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very friendly and led me through the entire purchasing process. I hope he'll be at this dealership when I buy my next Ford. Maybe the Bronco.

    I was searching for a vehicle that could tow my travel trailer. I reached out to Bill Debray and he was extremely helpful. He ran me through the spec’s and when I compared to an F150 he said for me and my kids this was the way to go. Never once did he push me to purchase.

    Watch how much taxes they charge!

    Bought a car here, but almost walked out first. They tried to over charge me on the taxes, and extra $120 on a $5,500 car. On a new car it would have been much more. They did correct the mistake, but offered me nothing but lame excuses for how they could even present me a contract to sign with the taxes incorrect. They showed no signs of alarm that this happened, and obviously will do nothing to prevent it from happening again in the future. So buyer beware here on the issue of taxes if you do business with these guys.

    We were here from out of town and having an issue with the fob on our Ford Explorer. Ron got the part in one day and serviced the following day. He also had the parts in stock for the recall and said it would only take about 2 hrs to service which was pretty close to true. The service dept back home in Rockford had to order parts for the recall which would take a week to get and supposedly needed us to drop the car off for the whole day and were going to charge us significantly more money for the fob issue. John was great to work with as well. And they washed the car! The secretary was sweet as well. Blessings to you all.

    F-150 Nightmare

    My Wife bought a Truck in December, it is a complete Lemon after being told there was a 4 month 4K mile warrenty they decided that was lie and are charging us for repairs. The service manager said there was no warrenty sold with the truck, She has a masters in engeering and is a very smart women, They LIED to her! They took adavatage of a Woman and preesured her into buying a lemon truck. Stay away at all cost terrible people to do buissness with. Not a family company, bunch of scam artists!
