    I had an appointment set up in advance for 20,000 mile check- up. I was there on time, they took the car in and processed all required activities fast. Was out in an hour. Very happy with this dealer so far!

    I was begging to buy a vehicle and you would think given the current environment, the dealership would want to do a deal. I dealt with the Internet Department (Valery and Mary) and was given a complete run around. Had the Wrangler I wanted at a price I was willing to not haggle over. This was to be a simple transaction. Cost of the vehicle less a 1/3 cash down payment with no trade in. Exemplary credit should have qualified me for their best financing rate on the balance due. Here it is "Negotiated Cost minus Cash Down Payment plus License Fees, Registration Fees and applicable Taxes". Plug this into an online calculator to get my monthly number. They call me back with a number that is not even close. When I question it, it becomes everyone else's "fault", namely the Finance Department per Mary. Can I get a call back explaining the reason for the discrepancy? Eventually, the call comes that tells me about added packages that I never would agree to. The biggest charge was the "Gurnee Package". What???? Some $3,000 package that includes oil and tire services amongst other "perks". This is like a scene from Fargo of some salesman trying to sell me rustproofing that I never agreed to ala the 1980's! I tell Mary I have no interest in the add-on packages and to get back to me with "clean numbers". Never get the call back and the vehicle disappears from the website along with the reduced price. I have the pictures showing the price that was originally offered and will be forwarding my findings to Corporate. Been a long time Jeep owner (five prior Wranglers) and this was just a really poor experience. My advice...... Stay far away

    Suffered same problems many others have. Got great deal from Pat but salm ERNIE not so good. Hardly ever returned calls and always had an excuse Waited over an hour to get my new RAM LIMITED after I had appt at 10 AM. Had to hunt Ernie down 2/3 times. I waited to pick up a new LIMITED and he knew I was coming. Sat me down and said it would be 5 mins. Finally drove out close to noon without much info on the accessories on the top line RAM 1500. Said he would call me next day and that was a week; still no follow up. Like the deal, very unhappy with salesman ERNESTO. Recommend the dealership not my salesman, poor customer relations . And YES, many messages were not followed up with return calls. Showed Ernie 2 small scratches on the drivers side of the bed along with some scruff marks and as he was walking away said “we’ll get them taken care of when I call you tomorrow”. Like I said, still no call.

    I recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. They slipped in 2 extra packages we told them we didn't want. When signing the contract we saw them and wanted them taken off but they told us everything they covered so we purchased them. We told them we wanted a itemized list of what they covered. Its been 6 months. We have called at least 12 times and have been getting no answers. Left many messages w/ the manager and none have been returned. I left a review on another review site and they wrote back telling me to go to a website and they would help me and get me in touch with the manager. The website took me nowhere. I've tried to get hold of the manager and he still won't return my calls. Love the truck but recommend you not use this dealership

    Bought a truck a little over 6 mos ago with the gurnee package! Was told get free tires, oil changes, etc. for life. Called to inquire about getting my new tires; said that it doesn’t include it! xxxxxxxx dealership; just racks on fees that don’t do anything but steal your money! Never go here.
