    Bought a new 2012 Prius II through Theresa Evans. Contacted her, along with several other dealers via the internet. Theresa was not very pushy, simply emailed me some quotes and did not call me on the phone every minute of every day like some of the other dealers. Ended up getting a better price from her than the other dealers as well. Was up-front with the price (e.g. told me the dealer handling fee), and didn't end up tacking on extra fees when I came in to close the deal. Would recommend this dealer and Theresa to anyone looking to purchase a car.

    I was thinking of trading in our 2010 Prius for a newer model, so I called this dealership because we bought the Prius from them. I talked to Jack Ridley about a new Prius, so when we took the car in to have the oil changed & serviced, Jack was there to help us choose a new car. He was very knowledgeable about the car - we even learned some things we didn't know (and this is the 3rd Prius we've purchased)! Jack was kind, courteous, efficient, and straightforward. The paperwork went smoothly, was explained well, and everyone was up front about what our options were for add-ons. They were very busy that day, and even though we had to wait a short time to finish the financing paperwork, Jack, the new car manager (Brenden), and the finance officer all came over to let us know that we weren't forgotton and that we'd be taken care of soon. Just that in itself was appreciated by my wife & myself. Everyone we dealt with that day was happy, friendly, and courteous with no one being condescending. We couldn't ask for more from a car dealership. We've been very impressed from the time we purchased our 2010 Prius to last week when we purchased another Prius from Groove. We look forward to coming back for service on the car and to see the new facility.

    *** I bought a new 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE this week at Groove Toyota. The experience could not have been any better. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend them for a second. *** I knew exactly the car I wanted. I first went to the dealer that is within a mile of my house. They had absolutely no interest in working with me at all. They wouldn't budge on their price and wouldn't give me much for my trade. I left very unhappy. *** The next morning I got in contact with Theresa Evans, a salesperson at Groove Toyota. We first communicated by email. By the end of our conversation, she had said everything that I needed to hear - enough so, that I made the drive to the complete opposite end of Denver that night to finish the sale. *** When I got there, Theresa completely came through for me. She saw to it that I got everything we had discussed by email - both an excellent price on the new vehicle as well as a fair price for my trade. *** The entire experience was simple and fair. I certainly left happy.
