  Austin LeBlanc was a genuine pleasure to work with and exemplified Groove's no-pressure culture of car sales. We went back and forth on which trim package to get for the Sienna, and Austin was patient and very helpful in working with us to find the right fit. And Sam Lyons in the finance department took good very care of us explaining all the options in a no-pressure way, and had us out the door in our new van in no time. We highly recommend Groove Toyota!

  Buy a Toyota from Groove and ask for Macy! He is by far the most amazing salesman! He made our process quick easy and effortless. I’m pretty picky and a little indecisive but Macy was very accommodating and patient. He does a fantastic job helping to pick a vehicle without being a pushy salesman.   We were looking for a specific vehicle which we found at Groove Toyota. As luck would have it, Macy was the first sales person who made himself available. His knowledge of the truck’s features came through his ownership of the Toyota brand. It was comforting knowing we were working with someone who knew what he was talking about. He is personable, professional and fun. Overall the process went smoothly except for an inordinate amount of time spent waiting for the ‘finance guy’. We were also not particularly happy with him continuing to try to upsell the various maintenance plans under the guise of ‘not caring either way’, and ‘just trying to help out’ after being told no several times. But Macy made it worth the visit nonetheless.
