    Terrible service extreme dishonesty

    Purchased a vehicle under the assumption that it included a remote start as detailed on cars.com. Did not use it at the dealership as there was no need. Arrived home after the purchase was made to discover remote start was not included. The dealer denied any responsibility and attempted to defer blame to cars.com. Buyer beware of lies and shady deals.

    Unprofessional Shop!!!

    Our Subaru has a leaky front tire. My husband called yesterday to set an appointment to get it looked at and fixed. He told the shop he has to work during the day and would prefer to come in as early as possible. The shop told him they open at 7AM and to come on down. He arrives at 7AM today, only to be told that they don't actually begin work until 8AM and that he should have made an appointment. No one told him about an appointment. So they put in a work ticket and he sits down to wait. I start wondering where he is around 9:30AM. He tells me it's busy and he's still waiting for the car. He calls me at 10AM to tell me that the shop totally forgot to actually put in the work ticket! My husband has been sitting there for 3 hours, for absolutely no reason at all and is missing work (including a conference call). Extremely unprofessional and frustrating behavior, especially since we purchased a Subaru from Groove and have paid for an extended warranty. We're in the middle of the pandemic and 1) can't be forced to wait unnecessarily in public and 2) can't be forced to miss this much work. Why do we pay for an extended warranty to be treated worse than we would at a run-of-the-mill repair shop? Don't pay for anything extra from this place. It's not worth it, even for something as simple as a leaky tire! I can't imagine what a nightmare this place is for soemthing seriously wrong with a car.

    Just What We Wanted

    Do not take a used car home for even one day and decide you for whatever reason you don't want it, like it doesn't have heated seats, this dealership will help ,them selves to $ 500.00 of your down payment. They seem nice but don't be fooled.

    Bulb change and gas cap, plus mirror inside car

    I was so pleased with my service that I received yesterday. It was Sunday, I got there early. My car was fixed in a jiffy with wonderful service. They put water in my wipers for no charge and tightened the bolt on my inside mirror. The first mechanic in two years that fixed this properly. Thanks so much!
