    I went to this dealership to look at a particular car. Unfortunately the car was sold when I got there. Jesse whom I texted before arriving could have told me that. I left work and drove damm near an hour to get there. When I text him that I wasted my time he didn’t even have the decency to apologize. The girl tried but I want what I want. Grieco and it’s employees doesn’t care about it’s customers because if they did Jesse could at least apologized for my time being wasted. I will never in life go there or tell anyone else to go there. Poor customer service. Remember all it takes is one time.

    Needed car to tow behind RV

    We came to look for specific car to tow behind our RV. This is a very limited vehicle selection and Rey Santiago was non relenting that he would find us what we needed. He even consulted with the manager of the service department to ensure that we were choosing the correct vehicle. He was extremely professional and showed us several options. The car we choose, unfortunately had some damage to the front bumper but he ensured us it would be taken car of and it was to our satisfaction. We are a Chevrolet household and will be back when it time to trade our Equinox. We definitely be looking for Rey.

    My recent purchase at this dealership was handled by Rey Santiago. I was very pleased with his professionalism, , perseverance and follow through. Several returning customers sought his advice and time. The facility was very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The finance manager was efficient and thorough. I will not hesitate to purchase another vehicle at this dealership and hope Rey will be there to assist!

    Crooks when purchasing a GM leased car for cash

    Went to buy my GM leased car at Grieco Chevrolet for cash as the lease had ended and to receive my title. GM Financial gave me the exact $ amount (including tax) needed to purchase the vehicle. The dealership added on approximately $2000 in additional BS fees. I walked out and sent GM financial directly the money owed and will receive my title in about 10 days. The sales manager even had the gall to tell me GM Financial will send the check back and I would not receive my title!!

    Went to Buy my first car and since the beginning Jared was their to assist me with any questions I had. He is one of the most real and genuine people I have met. He is very kind and very knowledgeable about cars and can help find the best car for you. Definitely go find Jared if you want a car I know who I'm going back to see.     General Incompetence

    I leased a car from Grieco and the accounting by this dealer leaves something to be desired. I went into GM Financial website and it showed I owned them $.01. since all my payments were made on time I questioned why. It turns out that the dealer doesn't know how to properly determine the payment with the monthly tax. Additionally, they accepted a total of $.94 more than was due them. These sums are as you can see extremely low, however, it is the principal of the issue that is involved. Be careful and watch their calculations closely. Furthermore, They called me regarding my negative post and said they would send me $1.00 to take the post down. I agreed and took the post down, however, twice now in roughly the last month I was told that a $1.00 in cash had been sent to me. To date I haven't seen any money from them. I met my obligation that I agreed to, yet, Grieco has not. This is either an example of incompetence, or they just don't honor their commitments.
