    Found the truck I wanted online. Stanley Davidson was extremely helpful. Drove three hours to test drive it Stanley met me at the front door. Truck was clean as a new one inside and out. Drove it home. Great experience

    Took my Jeep Wrangler in for work to be performed and all I got was excuse after excuse why they either couldn’t get to the Jeep or couldn’t get the work finished when they said they would. I had to reach out to them on several occasions just to find out a date that my vehicle would be finished and after they gave me a date of completion. Days after I would never hear back from them. I would have to call them just to find out that it hasn’t been completed and that there was another excuse as to why. The person whom claimed to be a Service Manager made accusatory remarks to me implying I had not been truthful with them about my vehicle. The only time I received a call was when they finished and demanded their payment, again no prior calls. I had previously explained to them that I would be going out of town on a specific date and would not return until a couple of weeks (Several completion dates were given prior to me leaving, the vehicle was never completed). The person who contacted me demanded payment immediately and if I wasn’t around, that I needed to send my wife to come and make payment. I continued to explain that I personally wanted to review the completed work prior to payment and he was very confused as to why and still continued to demand payment, (very unprofessional) and disrespectful). Upon reviewing completed work on vehicle, two rubber access plugs at the bottom of the transmission bell-housing were missing (still no call-back on these), black silicone gasket maker was smeared and poorly applied, oil was all over the oil pan, trans cooler lines, and trans bell-housing (old liquid oil, not dried). This Jeep has only 23,500 miles with no previous issues but a hydro locked motor from a ten-inch puddle of water. They stated the vehicle needed replacements of two idler pulleys, a tensioner, a starter, an a/c compressor and a TIPM.

    I called this place on May 18th and asked to speak with a salesperson. I was put in touch with a Carlton Ingram. I told him that I wanted to purchase a used 2014 Jeep Rubicon that they had listed on-line for just over $35,000. I told him I wanted to trade my F-259 and what I was asking for trade. He got all my information and i sent all the pictures he asked for of my vehicle. He stated it would be Monday before he could get me any information. Well not only did Monday come and go but by Friday, May the 24th I still had not been given the courtesy of being taken seriously. On Saturday the 25th I text Mr. Ingram and told him that I basically didnt appreciate how they ignored me and showed him proof of me being a serious buyer (Let's just say my checking account balance got his attention) so then he texts me, "I sure wish you could come by." I told him sir I shouldn't have to come by. I told you all I needed to know was what you would give for my trade. I could by the xxxx jeep in cash. xxxx I bought my wife a 2016 Tahoe from Bentley Chevrolet, traded them 2 vehicles and I never left my house. They did everything by phone, brought me the new Tahoe and took my trade I Vehicles with them when they left. All I can say is this CDJR dealership has horrible customer service. I gave them 7 days to give me a simple price and they stonewalled me to try and get me to come in. Buisness must be good when you can blow people off like this.

    They start at one number. And then then never try to make your number. They care about their bottom line. Not the customer. I was told by a salesman that if I left my wife and kids. That I could afford the payments. When I was in the place 2 months earlier and was offered a number that was closer to what I wanted. And then all of a sudden they wouldn't even try to come down from 599 to 461 a month. Casey holden when approached on an open Facebook post about him needing to sell cars to fill a monthly quota. Put my private info out there about my current car payments. To think Mr. 31 flavors isn't the. G.O.A.T. I think I'll use Landers in Huntsville.

    We have bought several automobiles with University and cannot complain at all. We have bought 2 Jeeps and the service was great. Now we bought a Dodge Ram and so far everything is great. The Sales Staff, Finance Staff, Service Staff and even all the clerical staff are just great in our eyes. James Cooper that day in April when we told him what we were looking for, he jumped right in investigating . We just can't say and give any negative complaints about this dealership.
