  Dissatisfied after sales service

  While in the process of buying a car from them, every thing is good, but after it’s done, the promises are not delivered. One example is after my 5k checkup, they didn’t even wash my car.

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

  I always hated it when it was time to purchase a car and have to go through the process. Not with Green Chevy. We contacted Brad Hutchinson at Green and were able to talk to him over the phone and do most of the work through email and text. He was so down to earth, friendly and professional. He did not push us. Asked us what we wanted and did not try to up sale. He went out of his way to make us love this experience. When we went to look at the vehicle everything he said to us over the phone came true to life when we arrived. All we had to do was test drive, pick out our color, sign papers and we were in and out of there in less than 2 1/2 hours. He worked with us to make us a customer for life and that is just what he is getting. We will refer anyone we know to Brad.

  From buying the car to the recent service, they are crooks. The finance person tried to rip off my 23 year old daughter by not explaining the options and trying to pass off a much higher rate until I asked about it. The next rip off was when she brought the car in for service and they told her she needed $900 worth of service. We took it to another dealer and they said the car didn’t need a thing except for a recall that Green never mentioned and wanted to charge $150. Will NEVER EVER go back!!

  Horrible dealing with both the salesman and sales manager. Sold car when they got offered more money after making a deal. Offered to make it right within 48 hours and never returned a call

  deisel service

  we had our deisel truck out there 3 times for servicin,,while they fixed 3 things but never fixed the problem,,,last one was a 700 labor bill,,,let alone 1000 bucks for a radiator,,,still has problem and its hard to realize what a mechanic knows out there,,when its not right how can u charge someone for fixin nothin,,i say go elsewhere if u have a deisel truck,san jose has best place to fix ur problems,,so i have had and seen all i need with this service dept,
