    Very dishonest, make sure ever word spoken is in writing! They are crooks that take advantage of people! Their word means nothing! They sold me a car what they said to me was lies, and then said they can't be held responsible for what a salesman told me.

    Wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to buy a car here

    Bought a vehicle here haven’t heard from my salesman since. Horrible customer service. Curb checked my rim when I got it serviced and they never even called me back to make it right. Bought the ceramic coating and interior protection package and they didn’t even vacuum my car out or put the ceramic coating on the vehicle. My salesman always had an attitude with me.

    Just before the COVID stay-at-home orders kicked in, Brighton helped me purchase a Chevy Bolt. We had conversed extensively via text and phone calls. (I do not live in Peoria.) We were able to create a deal long distance. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was better than I expected. The car looked great. Not only would I recommend this dealership, I would recommend asking for Brighton. He was fantastic to work with.

    Awful experience

    Honestly, I was super excited to buy a new car. Mike, who no longer works there was pretty nice. Although after signing paper work stating a dent would be fixed, I got the run around. Was not notified until weeks later that Mike no longer worked there and my info was given to someone else to “deal with me” From the moment you walk in and deal with the receptionist you’re just showed how they don’t truly care about anything but selling a car. The receptionist is NOT nice.. very rude and seems to me she doesn’t care about customer service what so ever. The gal in the body shop was awesome i must Say. She made sure i was Taken care of and very pleasant to work with even when I was not too happy about any of the process of buying my car and getting a dent fixed. Over all, I wouldn’t buy another car from here and would NOT recommend them to friends or family.

    I have been getting oil changes and other services at your facility for years. I was hit in the parking lot at my employer and the gentleman that hit me did not want to use his insurance and offered to pay for repairs. I recommended Green, took my car in for an estimate and Mr Fauber delivered a check directly to your facility for those repairs. I took my car in at the date requested and was asked to return the rental vehicle as they had to order a part ( hood emblem) that they admitted they broke while making the repairs. When I want to pick the car up, the staff Todd and Talia had all gone home, I was never notified that the emblem had not been replaced. I called on Monday and 8 phone calls later to Todd, Talia and Anthony asking about the emblem. I was told it was ordered, it wasn't ordered, they had to check on it, they would get back to me, they needed to call and check on it, etc..... To make things worse when trying to reach Anthony his voice mail was full, couldn't even leave a message. I realize I am not your money maker cliet, but I guess that most of your services are average hard working class clients such as myself and if this accountability to you, you have it all wrong. At this point it is far less about the emblem and the fact that lying and just dismissing me is how you do business. I hope you don't expect to be treated well from outside services when you treat people like you do. Very disappointing.

    We purchased a Dodge dart and Brad Hutchinson was the best sales rep we've ever had the pleasure to work with. He was honest and had admirable integrity. Doug and Brandon were also fantastic and I would suggest anyone looking for a vehicle to head to Green Chevrolet before venturing elsewhere.

    I bring my non- Chevy car here for oil changes. The guys are super welcoming when dropping off my car. They’re actually friendly and genuinely pleased that you’re there. I’m a female and often made to feel inferior or unintelligent when dealing with anything car related. Not here- seriously, staff is so friendly. It’s the first time ever that I don’t dread taking my car in. Damien in particular (I have mostly dealt with him) is always right on top of things, always with a smile and ease of conversation. There is a very comfortable place to wait for your car with some snacks and drinks available. Clean. A couple TVs. I will always bring my car here for maintenance due to the friendliness of the staff. Much appreciate guys!!

    While in the process of buying a car from them, every thing is good, but after it’s done, the promises are not delivered. One example is after my 5k checkup, they didn’t even wash my car.
