    I inquired about an ‘05 Tundra just in. Mark called me back within 5 minutes and turned me over to Dan, who made the buying process exceptionally simple.Dan worked with my bank to ensure all documents were properly prepared and submitted as I was an out of state buyer. He took the extra step of fedexing all necessary information for a seamless registration of the vehicle in my state. Just an overall great experience. My highest recommendation that you call Dan.

    What the xxxx. Should not be in business

    Bought a Siberian outback 2013 from them. Had a grinding sound on left side. They said they will fix.paid 6695 for it with cash and trade in. Bought in March 2020 check engine light came on. Around May. Transmission and brake light came on and a few others. Bright car back and left for days. Went to pick up they said check engine light never came on. Well service guy told me he reset it. . The car needs more repairs then what I bought it for a transmission is very expensive to replace. I’m calling and telling everyone snit this xxx . If he takes it back my mouth is sealed if not the word is spread from New England to cal. Me laporte

    I have bought a lot of cars since 1974. This dealership is the best. Auction cars can be unpredictable. But these people really work to ensure customer satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about them. We bought three cars from them, and would do so again in a heartbeat.

    They let me take one of their cars I was interested in to another shop to have it checked out before making a decision to purchase it. This was the only nice thing they did. The shop found a few things that needed to be fixed. A couple suspension mounts, air filter, AC, wipers, the spare tire had a gash in it and only one lug holding it on the back. I made an offer I would pay their asking price if they would fix everything on the list. A payment of half now and half when the repairs were done. They agreed. A little more than a week goes by and they say its ready come pick it up. I go over make the last payment without looking it over because stupid me believed them. I did look it over before leaving the parking lot. The first thing I notice is the spare was still flat with the gash and held on by only one lug. I brought it to there attention, they attempted to remedy it by taking lugs from another similar vehicle on the lot. Ok that's fine, but i n the process of putting the lugs onto mine he just jammed them on full bore with the impact and cross threaded one of the studs. I bring to their attention that it's still flat. They're fix, bring it to a tire place and have them plug it. It has a knife gash in it. After a week I realize if they didn't do that before I payed for it. I doubt they did the air filter. I was correct. I bought it in the fall so I wasn't really able to test out the AC until now which is why I'm finally leaving this review. So they did nothing that was asked of them. If you decide to go with these guys proceed with caution.

    I called several times to view a F-150 advertised for 6,995 and was told it was unavailable. After 4 calls I was told it would be available on June 3 and would receive a call. Also I was told the new price was 7,995 not the 6,995 advertised. I never received a call back! If they won't call you to sell a vehicle, imagine if you did and then had a problem.

    My Best Car Shopping Experience Ever!

    We were shopping for a quality, low-mileage, used vehicle. We were lucky to have found Granite State Auto Sales! We purchased a used Toyota Corolla in great shape, and have had zero problems with it after a full year of ownership. So far, so great! Thank you guys for all your help.     Integrity is BACK! With used cars!

    Mark the owner is a straight forward integral anomaly in the pre-owned automobile business. I traveled over 50 miles to find him from looking at CarGurus, for not one or two, but three cars I wanted to see. His pricing was what attracted me, but his upfront honesty was what made me want to do business with him. Mark’s staff was polite and helpful and I have a wonderful car. I would recommend anyone, even my mother in law. Thanks Mark!
