    I would not recommend this dealership at all if you are trying to price a new vehicle I gave them a list of exactly what I wanted and went in and talked to a salesman I communicated with him several times through email about getting a price for this vehicle made several phone calls and stopped in multiple times I am still waiting for a response at this point I Have been waiting for a week and a 1/2 With no response and no indication as to if or when I will ever get a price.

    Poor mechanics service

    They are not good mechanics and the warranty sucks had a van less than a month and they put in a used radio in it instead of a factory warranty one I know it was used cuz it still had old owners address and preset still in memory another time took it in for rough idle and service manger told us that every van on lot runs like that? (So I guess all new dodges idle like it’s going to die at stop light) took it back in again for same thing they told us they can’t fix it till it throws check engine code so we are stuck in this piece of junk van and have to keep coming back to hear more BS given to us cuz they don’t want to fix it and that is just the start of what’s wrong with this dealership will not recommend this dealership to anyone stay clear of the scams that run here

    Lifetime warranty is a joke

    Bought our vehicle in 2014 and was sold on the lifetime power train warranty. Caveat is oil changes must be done at Granger so they see your car at least a couple times per year (per their website). So every.single.one of our oil changes were performed at Granger Motors. Between 2014 and 2019 our car had been in there 3x a year for oil changes, except in 2017 when our car was in there 2x that year. Now that our transmission is out on our vehicle they will not honor the warranty bc the warranty company said we went over the recommended mileage for oil changes.... Apparently the recommended mileage was every 6000 miles. We typically got it in there between 5000-6500 miles.. there was one time where the miles between oil changes was 7300. The other thing is that my husband ALWAYS asked, is there anything he needs to do to maintain the warranty when he was in there for oil changes and he was always told nope, we are good. If we had known they wouldn't honor the warranty, first we wouldn't of purchased here but secondly we wouldn't have been wasting our time and money driving all the way out to Granger to get our oil changed. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will no longer do business with them, nor will I refer them any business (as we had done in the past).

    Fast, friendly service

    My old work car was becoming unreliable and I needed a replacement. On-line website was direct, easy to navigate and found some cars I was intetested. Everything from the test drive to purchasing process went smoothly and without a feeling of pressure.

    This is the 5th or 6th time I've traded cars with Granger Motors. The friendly, no pressure staff and ease of financing keeps me coming back. I have developed long-term recognition with some of the sales team/finance department, and this is very much appreciated. The service staff is great, too, and I appreciate Saturday hours. I have recommended Granger Motors to friends and will continue to do so.

    Set a time via telephone with sales personnel to test a used vehicle. Did so as we are two hours from Granger. Left home immediately after setting the appointment time with sales rep. Informed ten minutes outside of Granger that the vehicle had been sold. Vehicle on lot two weeks and it sold the exact time we spent two hours on the road? Coincidental? Perhaps. Frustrated that we had no opportunity to buy from Granger Motors after the two trip and arriving ten minutes before established appointment time. Reasoning given was that another sales person had sold the vehicle and our sales rep did not know it had happened until we were almost to Granger. Wish there were a way for sales personnel to communicate and save a potential buyer money and time from work to drive a needless two hours. More frustrating was a call I made to sales manager after the fact that was not returned. We left a voice message and waited two days for a reply. In years past, we have bought from Charles Gabus and Stew Hansen. Both so accommodating when we wanted to see a specific vehicle. Even had the vehicle read when we arrived. In both cases we bought from these two fine dealerships. Nice to be appreciated as customers from out of town. Might recommend that if you are several hours from Granger Motors to not request vehicle information or try to secure a test drive. You may end up driving several hours for naught. I guess this has taught us now to continue testing and purchasing vehicles closer to home. A good but not appreciated learning experience. One likes to feel they are a valued or potentially valued customer.

    Everything you would expect from Small Town Dealer

    I saw the Truck of my Dreams on Granger Moter's Website for the Best Price in a 500 mile search. I set up an appointment, filled out the Credit Application on line and sent them my trade information. When i arrived the truck was was warmed up and ready to go for a test drive. They gave me the keys and said take it for a drive and we will have your deal ready when you return and they did. Thee trade-in and sale price were exactly where they should be based on my research. We were shaking hands with-in an hour of me arriving - No Games ! Exactly what you would expect from a Small town Dealer - Excellent Friendly Service !

    I was shopping for a pick-up, stopped into two dealerships and looked at their F-150, saw a advertisement from Granger Motors a lot less money for their F150. So stop in talked to Bill McAtee about an F-150, he bet the price of the other dealer, so I drove off with a F-150, no pressure to buy, it was great!!
