Horrible Buying Experience at Glendale Infiniti
by msugar7275 from Oak Park, CA | November 16, 2020I purchased a used VW Tiguan from this dealership for my daughter and it was the worst car buying experience of my life. Issue 1- Financing: I came in with pre-approved for a loan from Bank of America who is a lender in their network and specifically asked that they not run my credit as I am in the middle of re-financing my home. The salesman said no problem and confirmed and the documents I gave were enough to draw up the finance agreements. Well… The first thing they did was run my credit. I should have run away then. Issue 2-Used car sales tactics: The salesman insisted he go on the test drive with my daughter, so I opted out due to the pandemic which was a big mistake on my end. Initially, I noticed the car smelled like perfume, but I thought it recently detailed and gave it no thought. I later come to find out that this is a tactic dealership’s use to mask a smoker’s car. After a few days, the cigarette smell becomes so strong that I had to have (3) ozone treatments and the interior scrubbed down just to make the car tolerable drive. Issue 3: The car was missing parts and advertised items. When we got the car home we noticed it was missing the plastic engine cover, floor mats and a rear trunk cover (the mats and rear cover where in the advertisement for the car). The sales manager Mansour Ali refused to supply the floor mats and rear cover but said he would send me a new engine cover. Well it's been (3) weeks and I am done begging him for the cover. I blame myself for letting my guard down with these sharks.

by Lucy from Glendale, ca | November 02, 2019Today I had bad experience with them, few months ago I took a car from them and this is my 6th infinite I always took from Glendale infiniti. they gave me complimentary oil change, when I try to made an appointment for the service they told me it's now on the new ownership and they can not do it for free, okay I mad an appointment anyway . When I got there so I meet the service man his name was Banjamin he told me it's going to be $50 but regular oil not the Synthetic oil. I told him when I took an appointment they told me it's $50 Synthetic, now you are saying it's $89 plus I had complimentary but because it's on the new ownership you can not do it and now I have to pay $89? he told me ok we will to it for you for $50 Synthetic oil this time . and your car will be ready within 2 hours. then 5 hours passed I called them if the car is ready, someone took a massage so they will check and call me back, flew minutes later he called me that your car is ready. I went took the car and saw the papers they putted regular oil. so he and also sales man was lie to me. it's my last time I will take car from Glendale infiniti.

It was an easy, no stress experience along with Jason, our sales guy and his assistant Alladin (AKA Allen). I was put off by the previous experience we had here in 2015 but the new team has earned my trust. They even gave us WIFI and several complimentary oil changes for the new car. Keep up the good work!

I pay $87 extra each month. At first they told me they would take the money out of the payments of the last couple of months. Now, they refuse to refund the money.
