    The customer service team was outstanding and thorough explaining what needed to be done. They offered no charge services to get my car back on track for all scheduled maintenance as the car was in Europe for the past 4 years. I was in for auto door lock (driver side) to be replaced. When I went to pick up the car, the handle was flapping and loose. Looks like whoever installed did not properly seat the plastic door handle cover properly and it was very very loose. In addition, there was oil/grease smudges on exterior adjacent to door handle. I stopped a rep in the parking lot, he took a look and was able to rectify on site. Just make sure that when a car is ready for pickup, that it is Truly ready. Check,double check and recheck. As a Camaro Owner, I take great pride in the cleanliness of the car and I think the Service department should as well. Treat each car as if it was theirs. Thank you.

    I purchased a 2019 3500HD and have taken advantage of the free lifetime oil changes a couple times already. Their sales department worked to get the truck I wanted at a great price. The service department has been easy to work with. Gilchrist is an awesome local dealership!

    Good price, horrible customer service

    I got a good price on my vehicle but the customer service here is horrific. After buying my car, not once did the dealership including my salesperson reach out and ask how things were going. I found the sales manager to be pushy and rude. I wasn't offered snacks or coffee though it took hours to finish my sale, until I was leaving. They appeared to just make me wait to tell me the finance options so I'd be less likely to give up after investing so much time. It took weeks of calling multiple times to get the person who does license and registration work to send my paperwork to Oregon. I had a GM rebate that they failed to tell me I had to send paperwork to GM. They said they would take care of it and I was charged an extra month payment for my previous car because of this and had to contact them multiple times. So I would say if you don't mind incompetent service with people who care nothing about you as a customer, then this is your place to do business.

    Just spent $300 on my “free” oil change. They blamed the fuel filter which I know is absolute BS. Dishonest is the word that comes to mind. I cannot suggest that you go to a different service center enough. Tyler from Tacoma

    I would like to thank Gilchrist chevy xxxxing me and my 2 kids over with fixing my car and then having that problem happen again only to have chevy tell me it's not their problem...but it was your time, shop, and parts that did the work!!! Happy holidays thanks again for ruining our christmas and xxxxing us out of work n school cuz my car i had YOU GUYS FIX is broken again but it's not your problem!!!

    Salesperson was reliable and returned calls. He helped with setup. The buying process and meeting with the closer took a few hours. She pulled out all the stops to get me to buy the extended warranty and paint protection. I declined, then suddently everything was half price, then I declined again and got a bit deeper discount. This is frustrating and I'd prefer to be quoted a fari price with 20% markup rather than offered something for 300% cost theny get it for a decent price only because I bargained and would not get ripped off. Service department folks were nice. The waiting area is no frills, very different from the BMW dealership, but that's ok.

    Horrible service department

    Purchasing our new car was a perfect time but having service done was the worst experience of customer service we’ve ever experienced. My brand new car is damaged by the service department not once but twice and still remains damaged because the service team is a bunch of incompetent people. Worst experience.
